La vieille ville et l'Université d'État du Colorado à quelques pas ... Étourdissant!

Cette élégante maison historique se trouve à quelques pas de la vieille ville de Fort Collins et du magnifique campus de l'université d'État du Colorado. La vieille ville est un charmant centre-ville préservé qui comprend plus de 80 restaurants. La zone pittoresque a été l'inspiration derrière "Main Street USA" de Disneyland. Fort Collins se targue sur la pléthore de restaurants et d'activités de plein air, un centre-ville dynamique et bien sûr, notre bière. Fort Collins est toujours plein de choses à faire, peu importe la saison.

La propriété est méticuleusement entretenu, entièrement rénové en 2017 et est fourni avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin de serviettes de table pour le savon à la vaisselle et tout le reste!

La maison peut accueillir 4 dans deux lits Queen. Il y a une belle cuisine gastronomique, une laveuse / sécheuse et un porche à l'avant pour regarder les passants et profiter du dynamisme de la vieille ville. Aussi inclus est une terrasse arrière donnant sur le jardin pour tous vos besoins de divertissement :))

Great place all around. Loud if somebody above you staying at same time, very noisy floors, thin walls...but our stay was great, the location great, would stay again!

Loved everything about our stay in this lovely home!! The location was perfect! We walked to bars and restaurants that were right around the corner! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and hanging out on the back porch too! It was very clean and worked perfect for our football weekend at CSU! We will be back for sure!

Second time at the house and would definitely book again.

The location is perfect for our stays in Fort Collins. The apartment is very clean, nicely designed, decorated and over all a homey feel. I would definitely recommend this house either unit.

Charming place

The house is lovely and well-maintained and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet, nice for walking, with plenty of parking. Harriet was a great host, easy to communicate with. We loved our stay here!

Lovely place to stay in Fort Collins

Enjoyed the stay during a quick girls weekend getaway to Fort Collins. The house is spacious with a great backyard & deck to unwind after a day/night exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again - Harriet was easy to communicate with before & during the stay. It's an older home so floors are a little loud especially with guest upstairs but overall a great location!

What a great property in a great location.

Fort Collins is the most bikeable city that I have been to and this house is right on the main route. The host the the most responsive I have dealt with.

Perfect location and Fantastic Host!

We had a lovely time. It was our first stay in Fort Collins and this was perfect for us. We walked to College Ave and were centrally located for our activities. We would stay here again. Our hostess was attentive with the house and things to do and lists of restaurants. Thank you for the home!

Wonderful property

I enjoyed the lovely property with my daughter for the weekend. It was perfectly situated near many things so we could walk and enjoy downtown. Harriet was very responsive on anything we needed and the property was wonderful with a very lovely backyard. I hope to be back in the future.

The house is wonderful, with every amenity. During the week it was quiet, and on the weekends there were upstairs neighbors. The floors upstairs are noisy. But overall it was really great.

The perfect place to call home while away!

We had an amazing 10 day stay at 640 Remington! The house was beautiful, charming and very welcoming. It was clean and functioned perfectly as our home away from home. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning and wine while barbecuing on the back patio overlooking the lovely backyard. The location is ideal and we can’t wait to return! Harriet was extremely easy to work with and extremely responsive to our every need. Thank you for such a fantastic vacation!

Lovely house , conveniently close to University campus

Really pleasant, well-maintained and scrupulously clean property that was very comfortable and very convenient for access to the university campus and a number of nearby restaurants. Communication with the landlord was fast, efficient and very helpful, and the nice garden out back was a plus. Landlord was also flexible regarding one of my requests and very pleasant to deal with. Overall, exceeded expectations

Great Place Great Location

My family and I were visiting for our daughter's CSU orientation in July. The house is conveniently located near campus and the center of town but still on a quiet street with quaint old houses. We walked everywhere. The house has all the amenities you need and air conditioning too! Harriet sent along a great list of places to eat and things to do which was a gem we'll keep since we'll be visiting often.

Hi, I'm Harriet! I have three grown kids and now want to share my love and respect of the history of Fort Collins. Sometimes, when I sit on the porch, I can visualize the horse and buggy's riding down the street in front of the house. I feel like a steward of this piece of Colorado history!

I love to cook creatively and have a gourmet kitchen which is well suited to food prep and dining as are the kitchens in my short term rentals:)
The five things I can not live without are my grown kids, my family and friends, my enthusiasm for life, my garden, and outdoor living. My life motto is: Success in life is not getting what you want, but wanting what you get!
