Venez mettre vos orteils dans le sable et dissiper vos inquiétudes dans notre magnifique condo Ocean Front situé sur la section NO DRIVE de la magnifique plage de New Smyrna. Profitez de votre café du matin ou de votre cocktail en soirée tout en admirant la vue depuis le balcon.
Notre condo 2/2 est récemment mis à jour et meublé avec goût pour vous fournir, à vous et à vos invités, une atmosphère de plage confortable et FACILE. Notre unité peut accueillir un total de 6 personnes. Nous proposons un lit King size dans la chambre principale, un lit Queen size et un lit simple dans la chambre d'amis, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils, ustensiles de cuisine et ustensiles nécessaires pour préparer un repas cuisiné à la maison. La communauté de Point East propose un pavillon couvert, 2 courts de shuffleboard sur la plage, une piscine chauffée en saison et une piscine pour enfants. Flagler Avenue se trouve à seulement 3,2 km et offre de nombreuses options pour manger au bord de la mer, faire du shopping ou simplement savourer une glace après une journée de détente à la plage. Beautiful Beach Escape

We loved our stay at this property. The Condo was perfectly equipped and a cozy place to relax and enjoy the beach and pool amenities. Loved that we could grill by the pool or enjoy dinner on the balcony with ocean views! Excellent location just a few steps from Chases on the Beach. Kristen was a gracious host and very accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Awesome condo right on the beach

This was a very clean, well decorated, and fully stocked with anything we could want or need. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The host was always available for questions and was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back to this condo on our next stay to New symrna beach

Great condo! About 2.7 miles from Flagler Ave for all the restaurants and beach shopping! Did not have morning sun, but had nice beach view and access. Well manicured grounds. Owner responded quickly when needed. Love the beach decor inside and balcony!

Point East... Completely Satisfying

This was our first time at Point East. Kristen was great with accommodating our needs and being available if needed. I give this place a 10 out of 10. Easy beach access, large pool area, and overall cleanliness are just a few of the great things this condo has to offer.

Lovely condo.

Condo decorated so nice with all Beach decor and was very comfortable. Appreciated all the little extra amenities too. We had a lovely stay with no issues that needed any attention. Kristen responded timely to our general questions on the area, thank you. Hope to return on another winter vacation.

Amazing!

The property is beautiful. Our stay was amazing. I can't imagine that there is a better place to stay in NSB. It was perfect for a family with children. My little one enjoyed being able to "swim" in the kiddie pool without help. My teenagers loved the big pool. We were on the beach every day. The condo was beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was there! Can't wait until time to book our next trip.

Great place and better owner

We have been to NSB many times and this is the nicest property we have ever stayed at. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and the property is nice with a community grill. The unit itself has many more amenities than expected and provided some detergent for the laundry. There were plenty of towels to use and the unit is nicely decorated. It is clear that the place is well cared for. We had a medical emergency while there and the unit provider went out of their way to help us get accommodations for an extra day. Highly recommend this property and owner.

We love Point East. Directly on the ocean. Condo was spotless and well accomodated. Pool was well cared for with adequate lounge chairs and tables. Court yard is very nice. Quiet in the month of March. More families and kids in April. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

My daughter and I booked a trip to spend quality time. The pictures are exactly what you see. Relaxing and beautiful. Secure when entering the pool and beach due to code and maintenance gentleman keeping a watchful eye on who may not belong on the property. They owners we great, very responsive and had everything you would need and not have to worry about spending extra money on (toiletries, beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles.) We had an amazing time and will definitely reccomend to others and go again. The only reccomendation is to the coop board on outdoor lighting on that side of the building is not bright enough. At night its a little scary when walking up the stairs or going to your door i needed to you my cell flashlight.

Nice, clean, and accommodating

My family and I absolutely loved this place. It has a good view of the ocean from the balcony, which is where I had my coffee and my devotion every morning we were there. The walk to the beach was short, which is great when carrying beach gear. The owners had everything we needed to make our stay very nice. We have found our new favorite vacation destination.

We bought this Condo because we love spending time in beautiful New Smyrna Beach. For us locals, NSB is known to be Family Friendly and Safe. NSB does not allow any chain restaurants or franchises, allowing you to fall in love with your favorite Mom & Pop restaurant on every corner.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This complex was built in the 1960's however is one of the very few Condos on NSB that has been completely updated over the last 5 years. There have been over $7M in renovations to the complex, so it truly looks and feels like new.
This complex is only 3 stories with less than 90 total units, just enough people to be social but not too many people where you feel like your at an overcrowded hotel.
