Ce condo direct en bord de mer se trouve dans un petit complexe de deux étages situé dans un cadre calme et privé à l'extrémité sud de la magnifique plage de Cocoa Beach sur la côte de la Floride. Il n'y a pas de bruit, pas de folie, pas de fête. Des vacances à la plage tout simplement géniales, relaxantes et rajeunissantes, presque comme une plage privée! Vous aurez besoin de conduire vers les restaurants, les magasins et les choses touristiques. Cet endroit est isolé!

Vous êtes à quelques minutes au sud de Ron Jon Surf Shop, de la jetée de Cocoa Beach mais sans les conditions de surpeuplement, et dans un endroit parfait pour regarder les lancements de fusées et de navettes depuis le Kennedy Space Center. L'aéroport international d'Orlando est à une heure de route et c'est un trajet facile vers Disney World et d'autres attractions du centre de la Floride!

Si vous préférez une expérience de plage paisible et peu fréquentée sans dépenser une fortune, c'est pour vous. Regardez les tortues nicher sur notre plage de mai à septembre. Vous pouvez organiser des sorties de pêche au large ou à plat avec des guides expérimentés ou des excursions en kayak dans le cadre paisible des Mille-Îles dans la rivière Banana juste en face.

L'unité est un grand deux chambres avec lit king, une salle de bain et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Maximum 4 personnes pour maintenir l'ambiance "île tranquille" du complexe 3001. L'unité entière a été magnifiquement rénovée avec tout nouveau. Belle piscine chauffée dans un jardin paysagé. Creusez vos orteils dans le sable de la plage de l'Atlantique à 50 pas de la porte d'entrée. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Ne pas fumer à l'intérieur.

Property was as advertised. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. The private beach just steps away was perfect! Everything worked as it should. Didnt get to try the pool, unfortunately it was too cold the week we were there. We will definitely consider this property again if we return to cocoa beach.

Beach paradise

Nice clean condo with short walk to beach (literally over the dunes) and a nice pool to use. The area is quieter than the hustle of touristy hotels and such but close to everything you need. Beds were comfy and all the amenities we needed for cooking.

Cocoa Beach Stay

This condo was just what we wanted. It was just steps from the beach, and very relaxing. It was very well equipped with everything we needed, and more. Wish we could have stayed longer, but overall excellent place. It also was only minutes away from the commisary on Patrick Space Force Base. Thanks for a wonderful experience, and memories.

Beach Vacation

The perfect get away for us where this complex meets its land to the ocean. Very updated unit with everything we needed during our stay. Including perfect weather! Fair price compared to most rentals in this area. It was awesome to wake up early and soak up the sun’s first rays, with the ocean just steps out the door. The pool was outside our side door, but we didn’t use it as it looked like it needed some chlorine,etc. overall an awesome unit!

Cocoa beach house

We were pleasantly surprised how nice this little beach house was...I was worried bc it is much cheaper than other houses in the location. The house had lots of amenities and was always looked forward to at the end of our long days. The beds are nice and soft,unlike some of the concrete beds we have slept in at large chain hotels. Highly recommend and will use again if available

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment itself is comfortable, no frills and a little dark inside because the windows are partially frosted for privacy. But the location and the beach only steps away make it a fantastic stay. We loved it! Taco City, next door, is very convenient and the food is very good.

Bugs in kitchen galore

This place was infested with bugs in the kitchen. It never ended. I did let the property manager know and she did touch base but never got back to me when she said she would. I ended up staying the last 2 nights at a friends place. I am submitting a complaint to VRBO when I get home. Just to qualify, if this bug problem didn’t exist this place would be fine.

Absolutely Perfect!!!!

We had a wonderful vacation. Everything was perfect! The room was beautiful and had lots of beach items we didn't think to bring but definitely made the beach experience better: like sand blankets, boogie boards, sand toys and beach chairs. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was great to cook meals in and it had everything we needed. There was also a community grill in the pool area, which we enjoyed.The pool was wonderful, the location was great, just 10 minutes from the pier, right beside Taco City for wonderful food, 10 minutes from the grocery. There was literally so much to do right there on that little strip. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. The price was amazing and we couldn't stop taking about how it felt like we had our little home on a beach in Florida. A million times better than a hotel, any day! Thank you so much.

Perfect Beach Escape for Families!

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental! The location was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. Direct access to the beach was a huge win for our young girls, who spent countless hours playing in the sand. The pool was another big hit, especially for games and swimming in calmer waters. The house itself was immaculate and well-equipped. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the beds were incredibly comfortable – a rarity in vacation rentals! We enjoyed many relaxing dinners by the pool, and the quiet location provided a peaceful escape. Everyone on the property was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. The best part? Being able to take early morning and late-night strolls on the beach felt like having our own private island. It was pure bliss! This rental is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet and private beach getaway while still being close enough to access Orlando and all the theme parks. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

First and foremost, the location and beach access were outstanding. Only a 50 yard walk through some dunes to the beach, which wasn’t crowded. Fishing was decent, caught a snook, make sure you get your snook stamp if you plan on keeping, 28”-32” slot to keep. Also caught a small shark and a redfish. Like other reviews said, the properly is a little dark, but acceptable for what we needed. Stocked suitably with cooking utensils. 4 nice beach chairs and sand toys, ie buckets, shovels etc for kids. There was a fishing pole with a smaller reel and thin line, so I went and bought one that is more for surf casting, which I left on site. Any questions about fishing or if you need gear, check out Shut Up and Fish bait and tackle just down the road, she will help w/ anything you need.

2nd Stay at this Condo, another perfect trip!

Cleanliness is 100%! Closeness to the beach, it does not any closer. Very quiet beach, little to no people the few times we went out. Immaculate pool, which was steps from the condo. Gas grill on premises which was nice. 4 stayed in this condo so a few additional towels would have been appreciated, but not a deal breaker. About 20-25 minute drive to Cape Canaveral. Ceiling fans were a wonderful addition. Just take note that there is no kitchen condiments (salt, pepper etc). There is a closet in the condo with leftover beach items such as 3 beach chairs and an umbrella. Along with the fishing poles we forgot :( so make use of them! Thanks again for another awesome stay. Another takeaway: parking isn’t ideal. There is assigned parking in front of the garage which is difficult to get into. We had a full size pickup so we did not even attempt it. There is one or two “tenant only” spots which were usually taken. We ended up parking where we could and left a not in the dash.

HORRID Slum Lord Territory!

Have stayed here many times over the past 22 years but never again! You could not take a shower, then use toilet and vice versa. Sewage backed up in the shower. Sheets were nasty. Towels were stringy and torn. Drain flies swarming in the condo, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. So many flies were in the kitchen we did not use it the entire time. Keurig did not work. Lights out in the refrigerator. Dishes were dirty in the cabinet. Lightbulbs not in fixtures. Sand on the couches. Blinds in rooms did not work properly. Microwave door was cracked. Refrigerator door was messed up. AND to top it all off- NO BATTERIES IN THE SMOKE DETECTOR!

Thank you for your feedback. All of these items have since been resolved. The condo is back to perfectly working order and has hosted many guests since. All of whom have had a great time. As a friendly reminder, all of our units come with a cleanliness guarantee! We have a great local team who lives close should our guests ever need anything. We stayed at this property at the end of Feb/early March 2025. The location is phenomenal, right on the beach, away from the big crowds. The foot wash/shower in the common area helps keep sand out of the unit. Check in was easy and straightforward. The property is well appointed and the updated kitchen is great. The pool area is nice and clean. Laundry is in a common area and was clean but be sure to bring quarters to run the washer and dryer. The parking spot is very tight and not super easy to pull in and out of with neighboring cars present. We had a Chevy blazer and it felt very cramped but we managed ok, just had to be very careful. The noises from the pool area were very loud. So if you are looking for a super quiet unit, this one probably isn’t for you. The property manager was responsive to the couple of text messages we sent. The unit was infested with cockroaches and bugs during our stay. We probably would have left and stayed somewhere else if costs were not prohibitive. We killed over 70 bugs during our stay - they were relentless. I let the property manager know and she assured me that an exterminator would be stopping by after our departure. If it weren’t for the bugs I would have rated the unit a 9 or a 10. But with bugs everywhere, it was hard to be comfortable. If the bug issue is resolved, we would probably book again. But if not resolved, we would book elsewhere.

Just Skip This One

Based on the reviews I read when I booked this property, I now wonder if they censor poor reviews. This property was nothing like what was advertised. For starters, it smelled and we immediately had to buy air fresheners. Next, the sink leaks so bad that they have vases under it to catch the water. I found out the hard way what happens when you move the vases and the water is turned on. Walls are paper thin. The place is in a dive, really. It looks like an old motel that was converted to condos. It is not just a vacation property. Long-term renters live there as well. We sprayed our feet after using the beach, but apparently about 2 tablespoons of sand (on a beachfront property) was in front of our doorway. A resident got in our faces and was going off because her husband (not an employee) likes the sidewalks clean and hoses them off every other day. This was the first day. We called the manager, Lee, because even when we closed our door this lady was still yelling at us and the walls are paper thin. We notified her we did not think we could stay here anymore as it did not feel safe. She said she would check into things and call us back. She NEVER called back. I emailed to follow up, and she never responded. Sunday night, around 11 pm, a man is playing the electric guitar. We got dressed but could not find out where the sound was coming from. Again, walls are paper thin. To date, it has been over a week since we have been home and we have not heard from the manager Lee since we called and spoke with her on 3/18 (now 3/30). Don’t waste your money and end up disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. We take reviews like this very seriously. First and foremost, we have NO ability to censor reviews. These reviews are genuine and people absolutely LOVE this property. It is always booked 90% of the year and we haven't had any issues like what you described. So, I do apologize that you had this encounter, but it is definitely NOT the way things go normally. There are two sides to every story, so I do not feel it fair to have it be part of a review. As reviews should be based on the home itself. As far as this unit goes, the maintenance items were quickly addressed when brought to the attention of our property manager. We never received any emails, or communication through the VRBO messaging platform to any of these issues. My understanding was everything was handled and taken care of. We want to make sure our guests have the best experience when staying at any of our amazing properties. However, we feel reviews should be based on the unit you are staying in. As we cannot control other people's behavior and other guests. We will let the other reviews speak for the property. Our local management team is close for anything our guests need. Items in the property were taken care of. Thank you for staying and we hope to have you again soon under better conditions. This is not a 1 star property and I'm sorry that your interaction with someone else caused you to take it out on the review. Like mentioned, we want to make sure everyone has a fantastic stay! Welcome! 2019 will be our 15th year that My wife Patti and I have been renting all of our Vacation Homes! It all started when we thought that Condos and Hotels were TOO EXPENSIVE for families to enjoy, so we wanted to do something about it. We bought our first Condo, set the prices low (we were not trying to make a killing) and people loved it as a concept. Well, it grew from there. Now we own, manage, and rent our many vacation homes, renting to over 2,500 Happy Guest families just like you every year at two great Florida locations: Cocoa Beach, and right outside the Main Gate at Walt Disney World! About us: We grew up in the Midwest - Columbus Ohio, and Naperville, Illinois. We made the move down to Sunny Orlando to be closer to (and manage) our Vacation Homes. We live here now, running all of our properties from right here locally, it is a family business.
