Family Vacation

We spent a long weekend here with our kiddos, 3 & 6, and it was perfect. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The house was lovely and the town is so cute. Would love to return one day.

Ultimate beach cottage

This beach cottage exceeded our expectations. It was open and airy, and we had the feeling that it had been newly renovated just for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sofas were also. We enjoyed the pool after a full day at the beach, which was just over the short bridge. We would stay here again in a minute.

Great Little House and so close to the beach

My family (4 of us) and brother in law family (4 of them plus a little dog) had a great time in this small house. It was perfect for our party size, pool was tempered for the couple days the weather was not hot and the beach was literally 3 mins away... will definatelly stay in this house again

Excellent location

This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed in. Excellent location. Very close to the beach as well as all eating establishments, shopping, etc. We only moved our rental car one time. House was a great fit for me, my husband and three teenagers. Pool was awesome. Would absolutely stay again.

Great house!!

This was our fourth winter at AMI, and our first stay at this particular house - we loved it! The house was very clean and the management company was great to work with. The location was also great - very short walk to beach and easy walk to Pine Avenue and trolley stops. I highly recommend this house and the management company.

Perfect location!

Willow Cottage is perfect for beach lovers! You can just park your car and walk to the beach (two houses down) or for coffee, gift shops and dinner at the Sand Bar. All just a short walk away. The house is spotless and quiet. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Pool is lovely and the back yard is nice and private. Will definitely book this the next time we're on the island!

Perfect beach house

Photos depicts property perfectly. Clean and functional place, 3 properties from beach entrance. Beach is spacious, busy on the weekend but not overwhelming. Quiet during the week. Pool and area was spotless. Lots within walking distance, plus trolley stop on corner will get you close to most things on the island. Kitchen and washer/dryer all in great shape. Pack light, not too much storage and bathrooms are a bit small. But who needs much for a beach vacay?! We cant wait to return!

Great location & Great for 2 Couples

Easy check-in! Location was fantastic. 1 house down from the beach and easy walk to town of Anna Maria. Bathrooms could use a little updating but all in all a great Old Florida style home. Pool has sun just about all day which was fantastic because it was a little windy on the beach and the pool was warm and shielded from the wind. This is a great home for 2 couples as each couple can have privacy in their own wing of the house. We would stay again!

Best getaway yet!

This place was clean, and right next to the beach. The kitchen had very nice cookware and everything needed for our stay. We cooked in just about every night and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfy bathrooms were great, pool was perfect for our family! I can’t say enough great things! We were so sad to leave. We felt like it was our home away from home and we’ve never felt like that with any rental house we’ve stayed at. Also, being two houses from the beach was a major plus as well. Thank you for such an amazing first stay on Anna Maria Island. We can’t wait to come back!

Cozy place close to beach

Wonderful place! Loved the location and cozy old Florida feel. Easy check in. Has an app for information. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels (beach and regular). Garage with toys and floats, including beach chairs. Plenty of room to spread out. Only negative is that because older home A/C didn’t quite reach into the bedrooms as well as main living areas. A little warm but definitely not a deal breaker. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Willow Cottage

The owner at this property provides a ton of extras. Including beach toys, floats, beach chairs. The kitchen was stocked with cooking pans and utensils to be able to fix a meal in too. The pool is heated and is beautiful landscaped. There is a washer and dryer too! We were impressed with the vintage feel with modern conveniences. The beach was a 3 minute walk from the house. This made it very convenient to frequent back and forth between beach and the house.

Amazing vacation in a perfect house!

I NEVER leave a review, which is sad bc i read them like crazy! Lol. But this house was even better than the pics show it! Immaculately clean, beds were SO comfortable, and every detail was thought of. Silly things like 3 towel bars in the bath shared, so everyone had a place to hang their towels. Plenty of dishes and cookware, comfortable furniture, i could go on and on. The location was perfect. We loved it all!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Willow Cottage, the bedrooms are spaced enough away from each other so there's privacy. The kitchen pots and pans aren't the best quality for cooking but that is a minor issue. There are plenty of pool toys and noodles but no chairs or umbrellas. Easy access to the beach, would definitely stay here again!!
