Great location Quaint & Quiet

Property was well cared for, clean & friendly staff. Property amenities were on point. Unit was clean & well cared for. Nothing to complain about & really appreciated the privacy and low noise level among other guests. Our family was in the area for a gymnastics competition so easy access to the event location, restaurants, beach access & sight seeing was important. Walking to all the locations was a breeze. We felt safe & comfortable at this property.

Great location and Clean!

Check in with the front desk was simple. Everything was open including the pool and whirlpool. Inside remember it has a shower only with out a full door or curtain but it's pretty cool and works. You are up high enough and on the north side of the building so the bar didn't make enough noise to hear. The owner actually answered when I called and was very responsive!

Simple modern cute room

We loved our stay communication with Malcolm only when we had a question was an easy fast response. The ocean view was great balcony with chairs awesome! A few extras that stay there were even more accommodating. We would definitely stay here again small fridge /freezer, microwave, coffee pot, table , nice beds cute chairs it was cute and just right for my sister and I. The pool deck and “tiki bar” on property was a huge bonus.

FANTASTIC VISIT!

We booked this for Jeep Beach event. The rental is basic - but very clean and well kept up! The beds have a foam mattress which is incredibly comfortable!! Small kitchen and bathroom. Balcony looks over the ocean. AC was ICE cold!!! Pool very clean, Tiki bar has a great vibe!!! Communication before and during the rental was quick and efficient. Rooms at the Fountain are much more than this rental. Absolutely worth the price. I will DEFINITELY look to rent this same room next time I'm heading to Daytona.

For a long weekend it was perfect. Location was awesome! The small fridge was fine, just the location and the way the door opened was a little rediculous. Overall it was great and I’d stay again!

Very Disappointed

Location was excellent. Primarily why we booked this location The resort and all the staff members were excellent. We would definitely consider coming back, but unfortunately we would request a different room. This room was very basic and not clean. The balcony was dirty, with stains
. I honestly don’t understand how this ROOM could be rated so high
 Resort yes! Our group had four other couples/rooms. They all were excellent. I give the room 4/10

Warm Pool for Cold (Daytona 500) Florida

The best part-warm pool, even warmer hot tub! Room also had hot water but not enough pressure to was thick hair well. We had a couple minor issues and after emailing the property owners, they were quickly addressed and taken care of. This is not as fancy or clean as a Hilton or Hardrock but the location is excellent. Youre right at the end of international speedway Blvd, a couple properties down is Landshark, you’re at the beach access for cars that’s the longest (3 miles?) on the beach. The tiki bar was good; rum bucket and the best fries. Strictly ONE car per reservation. No breakfast included with this rental but the free breakfast for hotel was not impressive anyway. This room is top floor and about 5 rooms from the corner/ocean. Views of the ocean, slingshot, and speedway in the horizon. The beds were comfortable but may be too soft for some. There’s a high top table, chairs on the patio, mini fridge, microwave, basic coffee pot, toaster, hairdryer.. the closet had a couple bags chairs and a smaller cooler. 2 swim towels. Laundry is 2$ to wash and 2.50 to dry, operated by coins or qr scan. Washed and dried well. The railing on the sea wall side is caution tapped but you can still access the beach fine and it doesn’t obstruct views. Overall we would stay here again, and probably bring a water saver type shower head hoping for more pressure. You do not get towel/hotel service with this room. You can however wash your towels downstairs if needed.

Enjoyed our Stay. Perfect for a quick get away.

The property was as advertised. It was perfect for our needs. Just in town for the weekend for an event, but we were still able to enjoy the pool and ocean. The view is good even if not directly toward the ocean. We caught the fireworks at the pier as well while lying comfortably in the bed. Very happy with the location and will definitely check for availability the next time we are in Daytona.

Seaside condo with hotel conveniences

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Great location and a beautiful beach. So much to do and some unexpected surprises like rocket launches and fireworks. The bed was comfortable so it was relaxing too.

Awesome stay

Me and my girlfriend went and stayed in Daytona beach to celebrate 5 years together. The resort coupled with the amazing Daytona experience was just perfect. This is our go to place now. Great food, good drinks, nice pool and super easy beach access.

Beach weekend

We had a great stay. Resort's pool was open and beach access rebuilt. The pool perimeter is still under construction though. The only suprise we experienced was that the resort's continental breakfast offered in the morning was not available for yellow wrist band guest/vrbo guest. You had to have a blue wrist band/hotel guest.....so we learned that after arrival. Also the outside balconys tile was broken, so they have a towel covering it, im assuming until the hotel repairs it. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. We would stay here again!

The location of this property is perfect, walking distance to multiple restaurants, pubs, shopping, and right off the ocean. I would stay here again without question.

Not recommended

This room does not look like the pictures. The tile is broken in several places on the balcony. The bathroom is ridiculously small. There are several things that needs updating in this room. I asked for service and was told I could contact the housekeeper for an additional fee. Absolutely insane, definitely will not be booking here again!

Not as great as shown

Overall dirty! The only thing I can say is the bed was clean and was freshly made the rest I would say wasn’t cleaned from the last guests. The shower had hair all on the walls from the previous person/people, the floor was clearly dirty and sticky. We did not not wear shoes at all times. They did have clean towels but honestly I would not recommend or will not stay at this place again. The rooms that were shown as advertised would have been amazing to stay in! This
not so much at all! The only Thing I would give a 5 star was check in process!

Great Value for Great Location and Amenities

I stayed for 2 nights with 3 friends in June. The location is perfect. Lots to walk to and great beach veiw. The restaurant is good too! All frozen drinks can be made mocktail style which was great for my sober mates. The room itself was great also. No complaints. Feels very "beach town". I would stay here again!
