I’ve stayed at fountain beach resort alway a fun great location, Condo has comfy beds friendly service great tiki bar Owner of Condo keeps you informed and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Daytona

The property needs a lot of work. The pool was super dirty. A homeless woman rode her bike up jumped the fence around the pool and peed on the pool deck. Another guest told the front desk and the police were called. The unit needed the ceiling painted you could see all the patch marks. The worst was the balcony when it rained it floods. Even after the rain stopped you still can not sit out there because the rain from the roof still runs on to that balcony only. On a good note the unit was very clean. Have stayed at the fountain many times. Not sure if management has changed but they need to clean the pool.

Cannot Stand guests like you, you leave my unit a negative review, but most of your complaint is with the Resort. You should let hosts know what a horrible person you are.

Awesome stay

Me and my girlfriend went and stayed in Daytona beach to celebrate 5 years together. The resort coupled with the amazing Daytona experience was just perfect. This is our go to place now. Great food, good drinks, nice pool and super easy beach access.

Seaside condo with hotel conveniences

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Great location and a beautiful beach. So much to do and some unexpected surprises like rocket launches and fireworks. The bed was comfortable so it was relaxing too.

The location of this property is perfect, walking distance to multiple restaurants, pubs, shopping, and right off the ocean. I would stay here again without question.

For a long weekend it was perfect. Location was awesome! The small fridge was fine, just the location and the way the door opened was a little rediculous. Overall it was great and I’d stay again!

Great location Quaint & Quiet

Property was well cared for, clean & friendly staff. Property amenities were on point. Unit was clean & well cared for. Nothing to complain about & really appreciated the privacy and low noise level among other guests. Our family was in the area for a gymnastics competition so easy access to the event location, restaurants, beach access & sight seeing was important. Walking to all the locations was a breeze. We felt safe & comfortable at this property.

Great Value for Great Location and Amenities

I stayed for 2 nights with 3 friends in June. The location is perfect. Lots to walk to and great beach veiw. The restaurant is good too! All frozen drinks can be made mocktail style which was great for my sober mates. The room itself was great also. No complaints. Feels very "beach town". I would stay here again!

Pick up son from college and mini vacation

The stay was nice. Would’ve been better if it wasn’t interrupted by a scheduled power outage so we had to leave and come back. Also the bar was not open at all during our stay and that was one of the reasons we chose this location. All in all was a ok stay

Enjoyed our Stay. Perfect for a quick get away.

The property was as advertised. It was perfect for our needs. Just in town for the weekend for an event, but we were still able to enjoy the pool and ocean. The view is good even if not directly toward the ocean. We caught the fireworks at the pier as well while lying comfortably in the bed. Very happy with the location and will definitely check for availability the next time we are in Daytona.

Ocean front hotel and great view from room

Room was clean, bathroom was tiny, towels not replenished during our stay. Other than that it was good.
