GEM élégant dans le désert, maison entiÚre prÚs du centre-ville et de l'UofA, 3BR / 2BA,

Nous sommes nouveaux sur cette plate-forme, mais nous faisons des locations de vacances depuis plus d'un an maintenant avec 5 étoiles et nous aimerions partager notre maison avec cette communauté.

Vous ĂȘtes si proche de toute l'action dans un quartier trĂšs calme. Cinq minutes en voiture ou 15 minutes Ă  pied de l'UniversitĂ© de l'Arizona, Ă  moins de 2 miles de l'UMC. Notre maison est situĂ©e au centre, Ă  moins de 10 minutes de l'I-10. Vous serez Ă  15-20 minutes de tout Ă  Tucson.
La maison est à environ 100 mÚtres de la piste cyclable "La boucle" reliant à plus de 100 miles de sentiers pavés à travers Tucson.

Notre maison a été décorée et équipée juste pour vous ou votre groupe. Chaque chambre est une oasis privée. Nous avons une suite parentale avec un immense dressing, un nouveau lit king size et une salle de bain pour vous tout seul. Il y a deux autres chambres avec de nouveaux matelas queen size et toutes ont accÚs à la deuxiÚme salle de bain complÚte. Vous en avez 7 dans votre groupe? Pas de problÚme, nous avons un futon dans le salon.

La cuisine est toute neuve! Venez faire une pause dans notre nouvelle table de cuisson, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable. Nous avons décoré cette cuisine. Vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas gastronomique. Nous vous proposons 8 réglages en plus. Notre table peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes, mais si vous en avez 8, nous avons une feuille que vous pouvez mettre.

Nous avons un espace extérieur spacieux entiÚrement équipé avec un ensemble de patio extérieur et un barbecue au charbon de bois. Nous avons également une laveuse et une sécheuse sur place pour votre usage (sans frais).

Ne vous inquiétez pas de l'emballage des articles de toilette, car nous vous avons fourni du shampoing, du revitalisant et du gel douche. Laissez votre sÚche-cheveux à la maison. Nous avons deux nouveaux sÚche-cheveux à votre disposition afin que vous n'ayez pas à apporter le vÎtre dans vos bagages.

Nous avons un beau téléviseur HD à écran plat de 50 pouces. Profitez du cùble pour regarder toutes vos émissions de télévision préférées ainsi que tous vos médias en streaming préférés via un signal WiFi puissant dans toute la maison.

All overnight guest needs to be registered and paid for. If you plan to have visitors, please notify us. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
No heavy drinking at our property please. No drug or underage drinking on our property. A $500 fee will be assessed for smoking inside.
Make up removing wipes and paper towels are for any sort of clean ups. There's a $20 charge for stained bath towels and $10 for a wash/hand towel.

We had the best time at this sweet spot in Tucson! Close to downtown and trails, the house was spotless and had all the necessary amenities including a secluded back yard and an open concept kitchen and dining room for meals and spending quality time. The host was very communicative and accessible, and entry/exit instructions were clear and easy to follow. We loved it! Would recommend

Quiet, private, and convenient

My husband, son, and I used this home while visiting our daughter at U of A. The quiet neighborhood was very appreciated. It’s very close to campus and Arbol where our daughter lives.

This rental property is in great shape. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. We made breakfast one morning and were able to find all the cookware and cooking utensils we needed. We also had the option of a K-pod or traditionally brewed coffee. There were too many mosquitos to enjoy the lovely outdoor patio due to all the rain, but hopefully we can get outside next time if we get to go back during a dry spell. The host is also very hospitable and communicative - all around an enjoyable experience.

Weekend Get Away

We spent a weekend at this location and what a great location it is! A relatively quiet neighborhood with a great place to stay. The house was more than what we bargained for with great space in the three bedrooms, and an very spacious back yard with a relaxing ambiance!! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!!!

The visit to Tucson went very well. It was a short trip, but we had a lot of fun. We enjoy visiting Tucson to see my daughter at UA. The fire pit in the backyard was a great treat and a way for her to bring her friends over and enjoy smores. The house is pretty close and convenient to the UA campus and also had a grocery store super close to get supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing accommodations

We were visiting my oldest daughter at UofA and were so happy with everything about this place! It was clean with gorgeous decor. The beds were extremely comfortable. Will definitely reserve it again for future visits to Tucson. The location is perfect. Communication with the owner was easy and quick as well.

Thoughtful touches

There are so many thoughtful touches from the time you arrive until you leave. The house is really cute, clean and was great to have 3 bedrooms. It’s really close to campus and downtown so it was very convenient for our purposes. Would definitely stay here again

Truly Enjoyable

All points of interest were easily accessible from the house. It was large and comfortable enough for our whole family inside and in the garden. Communication with the host was pleasant and requests and questions were handeled or answered immediately. The house was well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils and condiments etc. Our stay was truly enjoyable.

Very comfortable home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and Nidia was quite hospitable. The only draw back is the road construction in the area can be difficult to maneuver at night. Should we return to Tucson we would definitely return to this property.

Quiet and Comfortable

My husband, daughter, and I very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home, which was quiet and very comfortable. The house was neat, tidy, and well organized. The proximity of the U of A campus and city center made it an ideal location for our spring break visit.

Great Property

This is the first time dealing directly with an owner rather than a renting agency through VRBO. Nidia is very attentive and available for her guests, we appreciated her accommodating us very last minute. The home is super clean and great for a family stay. Great location for downtown Tucson!

We love to travel around the world and experience different cultures. We love to cruise, and stay at bed and breakfasts because we love to have great rooms and look forward to special attention that hotels just don't provide.

I was born in Mexico and my family immigrated to the United States when I was a child and one of my proudest moments was when I became a citizen of the United States right here in Tucson!!!

My husband and I celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary in 2024 and we are the proud parents of two beautiful kids. One is going to college and the other graduated in 2020 from UofA as a registered nurse and works at a local hospital.

Besides being fluent in English and Spanish, I also speak some Japanese.

My motto: This is the land of dreams, One dream at a time!
