L'emplacement est tout avec cette propriĂ©tĂ©. Non seulement vous ĂȘtes Ă  moins de deux minutes de la plage et d'une grande piscine, vous ĂȘtes Ă©galement Ă  distance de marche des restaurants et des magasins de toutes sortes. Cette unitĂ© est loin de la rue et donc au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, trĂšs calme. Des serviettes de plage, des chaises et des jouets vous sont fournis. Si vous choisissez de dĂźner, la cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et prĂȘte Ă  vous prĂ©parer pour 4 personnes. La vĂ©randa est privĂ©e et confortable. Lorsque vous dĂ©cidez de vous aventurer, vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques minutes des «Shops at Wailea», un magnifique centre commercial de 2 Ă©tages avec de nombreux magasins haut de gamme. Les terrains de golf sont abondants, l'aquarium de Maui Ocean Center est Ă  proximitĂ© et tous les sports nautiques auxquels vous pouvez penser sont disponibles. Si vous ĂȘtes ici en haute saison, l'observation des baleines est un must et si vous ne voulez pas sortir sur un bateau, tout ce que vous avez Ă  faire est de traverser la rue pour les voir! De magnifiques couchers de soleil abondent, des arbres aromatiques sont juste devant votre porte et vous entendrez et verrez des oiseaux que vous n'avez jamais vus auparavant.

Perfect location

Had a great time staying here. Condo is right next to the pool and perfect location in Kihei. Fun restaurants right around the corner and perfect walking distance to the beach. We would stay here again!

Perfect Kihei Spot

Just steps from the great beaches, restaurants and shops. Complex is quiet and well maintained - nice pool. Condo is cute, cozy and has those few “extras” for your beach trip or pool reading.

Honeymoon in Maui

My wife and I were finally able to have our honeymoon in Maui! We had an excellent time and this condo was perfect for us! 2 minutes or less walking to a gorgeous beach, shopping and amazing eats right next door, quiet, clean and truly perfect!

Great location close to beach and restaurants

For people who like to walk to beaches and a choice of restaurants, this is a great location. The condo is well equipped but needs a deep cleaning and a little TLC. We found the bed to be too soft.

Love Kihei

We have stayed at Kihei Kai Nani quite a few times. It is directly across the street from an excellent beach and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, & even the Kihei boat launch. This condo is very close to the pool which is one of the best in Kihei. The owner is very responsive, relaxed and easy to work with.

Perfect location!

Traveling and not renting a car. This condo is in the perfect location! Walkable to anywhere in Kihei. Right across from the beaches! Also in the best area of the condo building. Second floor and a green space view felt very private. Would definitely stay again.

Well equiped condo

Great condo in Kihei, right next to the beach. Bill equipped the condo with everything you could possible need for your stay. Condo is also close to several restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

The Best Location! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops.

Kihei Kai Nani is a great complex in a fantastic location. This unit was well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed with new linens and towels. My only suggestion would be a thorough clean and a little freshening up (painting) and decluttering.

Sufficient for our needs

We loved being across from a great beach. Easy access to food and more beaches. Central location to see the rest of the island. Well-equipped place. We would go back. Owner was kind when we left something in the condo.

Maui trip

Comfortable place, great location close to everything you need easy to travel around the island from,easy parking, host very responsive, great shower. One thing that would be handy is maybe a drying rack for the deck so that the many bathing suits could be hung out to dry. Thank you

Great condo

Very quiet cool location. Did not use ac much. Temp during day was mid to upper 80’s. Ceiling fan in bedroom was nice. Very well stocked in kitchen & bath. Would definitely return.

Direct Beach Access

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kihei that’s close to the beach, this is it! We only slept in the condo so it covered our needs during our stay. Not sure if Vrbo or the owner had messaging turned off but there were no checkout instructions provided or a way to contact the host to ask about them. We did an early AM checkout and the office was closed. Outside of that, we enjoyed having access to beach gear during our trip to Hana.

Amazing week in Kihei

The condo was perfect for my husband and I for our 9 day trip. The location of this complex is absolutely perfect. It’s a 3 min walk across the street to a beautiful swimmable beach and walking distance to so many restaurants and shops! The condo itself had everything we needed, there was AC but we never used it as the cross breeze plus the ceiling fans was more than enough! The lanai was spacious and private overlooking the greenery around the condo. We couldn’t be happier and already decided we would love to stay here again! Neighbors were all friendly and the pool was a perfect way to spend an afternoon after a beach morning. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Great location for walking Kihei, great condo.

Loved the central location of this property, very clean and stocked with everything you could want. Washer and dryer in the condo, beach goodies( tommy Bahama chairs, pool noodles, umbrella ,boogie boards) great kitchen and sitting areas. I am a bird watcher so being able to get up in the morning and look out on the lanai to the green belt and view of the mountains was great, lots of butterflies, and could even hear the geckos chirping at night. We just left all the windows open so the breeze could come through, no need for the AC at all despite the hot days being low 80's. We love snorkeling and being able to pop over to Kam 2 with ease was fabulous, don't underestimate snorkeling here! The reef was more alive here than up at black rock. I would definitely stay here again! Amazing vacation.

Pleasant stay at this condo in Kihei

Overall, this was a cute little condo in a good location with easy access to the #10 bus. The kitchen had been updated which was nice. The unit is located behind the office and there is not much a view off the balcony. There was 1 or more chickens, baby chicks and and a rooster that took his job too seriously. I found him somewhat entertaining and watched them while having coffee on the balcony. The beach is within walking distance which was good. The sleep sofa mattress was stained and difficult to place back into the frame so no one slept in that. Some of the dishes and utensils in the kitchen that were stored in the cabinet and drawers had food particles on them. That being said, the rest of the condo was clean. The unit could use a little sprucing up in terms of a fresh coat of paint, otherwise I have no complaints. FYI, check out is at 11:00 AM and there is no place to store your luggage in the development if you have an evening flight like we did and do not have a rental car, In general, we did not book luxury accommodations so I was not expecting them to be luxurious. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here.

Birthday Stay in Kihei

We had a fantastic trip to Kihei. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed and is in the perfect location. The beach is steps away, right across the street. The condo is directly behind the pool for easy access. We had beautiful weather and an amazing trip. Bill was incredibly responsive and made this trip as seamless as possible. Thanks so much for a fabulous vacation. We will be back soon.

Great stay

The beach was across the street. I forgot to check the closet but there was definitely a broom that I missed the first two days. Sorry neighbors! There were some beach chairs, and beach towels. So useful! Loved the guest book. Gave us some great recommendations of where to eat! Easy process of check in and check out. The app was being weird so messages were a bit delayed but overall, easy to use.
