This home is fully furnished, so there’s no need to worry about packing up tons of luggage. You can handle business or pleasure in town without having to worry about a dozen other things.

This Key West-style Tampa townhome is perfect for vacationers, traveling nurses and other medical professionals. It's near Tampa General Hospital, and other healthcare institutions are a short commute from the property.

You’ll also be located near MacDill Air Force Base and many other corporate headquarters if you’re looking for work in the city. The townhome is also close to Tampa International Airport and several fitness centers. You’ll have no problem finding fun things to do and see.

This townhome offers 2,435 square feet of space in a Key West-style in Tampa, Florida. It has plenty of space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. This makes it ideal for a large family who needs a place to stay in the city. It comes with parking, so there’s no need to worry about that, either.

Great weekend getaway location

My family of 4 adults and 2 infant were in town for a Deep sea fishing trip and site seeing. The property is in a convenient location and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The property manager is very friendly and communicative throughout the stay. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in the Tampa area.

Great location for Tampa/St Pete getaway!

Our group of 4 couples stayed a long weekend at this rental for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. Location was close to venue, Tampa Riverwalk, Ybor City and neighboring St Pete. Kitchen/common area was large and had plenty of seating to spread out, perfect for our group. Anthony was very thorough in his communications and quick with responses. Would stay here again.

Our stay overall was good. Tony the owner was helpful when we could not figure out the TV, even as all week we could not figure it out. A really complicated cable system. Owner should visit his unit as many lights do not work, sliding door out back did not lock and kitchen was sparsely equipped.

Great place to stay

I must say from the start that this place was everything it says in the description. It was very spacious and warm at the same time. The atmosphere made us feel right at home. You will have all the comfort you will need in a home away from home. I would also like to give a special thanks to Anthony our host that went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and safe from out travels, while we were in Florida to our travels back home. It was also our Anniversary that week and Mr Anthony recommended a wonderful restaurant for us to go too. He is a great host so feel free to stay here he will take care of you.

We were staying in the Tampa area to hit a few beaches. The location was convenient and easy to get to. The house was easy to navigate and exactly like the pictures. The host communicated everything ahead of time and throughout our stay. The security system in the house made us feel safe our entire stay.

Spring Training get away

This property worked very well for our spring training baseball vacation. There was ample space for the 4 seniors in our group. The property was clean, quiet, safe, and convenient to the areas we were there to visit. Communication was easy with the host. We would recommend to others and would stay there again ourselves if we visit that area again.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. Quiet, nice and safe. There are malls and beaches are about 15 mins -20 mins away respectively. Owner was accessible if needed and responsive.

In town to attend a Funeral.

My niece located the property, worked out the details, and it was excellent for our needs. The home was very clean, smelled good, spacious, and in a quite location. Communication with Anthony surpassed my expectations, and the property was magnificent! This home "knocked it out the park." See you next time!!

Excellent Property Manager and location

The check in was great, Tony was standing by to assist with the process. We had everything we needed and the property was as advertised.
