Wonderful 2 bedroom and 2 bath stilt Home with 2 spacious enclosed lanais. This home offers a warm, peaceful and fun retreat for our guests, friends and family. You will be provided with all the comforts and amenities you need on vacation. This tropical getaway offers 2 queen size beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate extra guests. Everything is provided such as linens and beach towels. DVD player and video library, books and games. Tv’s in every room and internet service. Full kitchen and appliances, washer and dryer, etc. We also provide you with beach chairs, umbrella, cart, cooler and beach toys. There is also a charcoal grill and nice gas fire pit and a brand new pool. Every room leads to a spacious screened in porch. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and its own screened lanai. The guest bedroom also leads to a screened in porch as does the living room. Home has an open floor plan which makes it perfect for entertaining. The home has been beautifully decorated in a tropical them. A 1-2 minute walk will take you to a direct beach access where you can enjoy amazing sunsets or just watch the dolphins swim by. Or enjoy the amazing gulf views while relaxing by the pool. Hopefully, you will enjoy your Fort Myers Beach getaway as much as we have!

My family absolutely loved this place! The pool and spa were perfect! Only a few minutes walk to the beach. The host was so friendly and thoughtful throughout our stay. House was clean and beautifully decorated. Would recommend to anyone!

Great property in a great location equipped with an amazing amount of "beach life" supplies. Outdoor space was 10 out of 10! The host was great throughout the trip. We highly recommend!!

Our family stayed for a few days over spring break. Location was perfect just a few minutes from the beach. Kids used the pool and hot tub a lot. Took the bikes for a ride. They are not in a great shape but they were enough to get around a couple of miles. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the morning. House was clean and had everything we needed.

Girlfriends getaway

This property is perfect for a beach getaway. It is literally across the street from the beach and has a beautiful backyard with a brand new pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe at all times. The house had just about every amenity and was beautifully decorated making it feel like a true beach house. The host lived nearby and was amazing. She responded very expediently to our inquiries and even came over a few times due to our request for assistance. We definitely will stay here again and hope to visit again next year!

Perfect stay

Great house! No issues or surprises whatsoever. The owner was very prompt responding to questions prior to our trip and while we were there. We go to FMB twice a year and typically stay at a beach hotel but we loved having a house much better and the price was better, too! If you want to be in the middle of all the “action” this isn’t the place for you. If you want a nice, quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach THIS is the place. You can drive yourself, take an Uber or an inexpensive trolley ride to the hot spots though. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This house had everything we needed for our stay and we really liked the outside seating area for hanging out in the evenings. The location is perfect with only a 2 block walk to Fort Myers Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. We didn’t have great weather, but everything else was awesome. The house was very cleaning. The property manager was quick to answer when I sent a message. We had such a great time, we stayed an extra day. Definitely will be back again. Hopefully very soon.

This vacation home is a great place to stay. The house is very close to the beach and the amenities that were included were very nice. My wife and I will definitely stay there again when visiting FT Myers Beach.

Cottage Paradise!

The best money ever spent! Rented for my Grandson and family. The children absolutely had a fantastic time. We wanted them to have a great vacation. Knowing they would love being on the beach instead staying with us in our home. The cottage was perfect and had everything one needed for fun on the beach. Just as we were told 1 to 2 minute walk to beach. The beach had lots of big shells and the water was so clear they said. We were voted the best grandparents.lol

The Perfect Spot!

We traveled with our 1 & 3 year olds, literally could not have asked for anything more! I guess the only thing I could have asked for, was to know that she was going to have E V E R Y T H I N G at the house ,we way overpacked. The host was so responsive and beyond accommodating, Don't think twice about booking this home, just do it! Location was incredible for a walk to the beach multiple times a day. We could not have had more fun!

Best place ever

This place has everything! As soon as you walk in the door you feel at home. Neighborhood is great, you are in the relaxing part of the island. If you go to the beach at sunset you will hear the neighbors blowing their conch shells. We will be back!

House had all the amenities so we didn’t have to go out and buy for our 5 day stay. Simple things like bandaids, plastic cups for the beach, even lots of sunscreen. Short walk to one of the nicer beaches in FM and bikes just made our experience more enjoyable.

The place was very nice and clean. Location was close to beach access. Only small issue was the place didn’t have any empty closets or dressers, which means we had to live out of our bags.

Great spot for low-key beach access

Property is exactly as described. Very nicely decorated with beachy vibes, and has everything you can think of stocked in the closet to cook at home. Eat dinner on the front screened in lanai, leave the doors cracked during the night to let the breeze in (both patios screened in). Fire pit in the backyard. When you want to go to the beach, just walk 1.5 blocks across the road. Beach is quiet section midway between the busier downtown area on the north side and the south side. Property manager was great and responded quickly to any questions. Great spot for a family or small group of friends

Great beach house with a close walk to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mid Island beach house! The house is beautiful and has so many great places to relax. The front and back porches offer great places to sit, read and have drinks/meals with your family. We loved the fire pit in the evenings. The house is a very close walk to a beautiful beach. Perfect for spending the day at the beach and morning/evening walks. The owner is very friendly and met us at the property when we arrived. We would certainly stay here again!!

Great Time!!

Not only did we enjoy the home and property but the property managers were local and they made us feel very welcome and comfortable like we were with family. Best vrbo I have stayed in so far!
