Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences 5 Bedroom

The Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences consists of 3 luxury vacation rentals located directly on Mirror Lake across from Main Street, Lake Placid. These newly renovated residences were a popular restaurant for years prior to this conversion and opened as Vacation Rentals July 20, 2020.
Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences 5 has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths and is located on the bottom floor of the building. This residence boasts a private deck overlooking Mirror Lake and the Lake Placid Club beach, one of the best places to experience stunning Adirondack sunsets. The large modern kitchen, great room and dining area overhang the lake with spectacular lake and mountain views. This property gives the effect of staying on a houseboat, as one can hear the lake water flowing under the floor. The kitchen is finished with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
This residence consists of 4 king bedrooms and one 2 twins bedroom. Three of the king bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms share a bath. A/C in bedrooms only.
One can combine the Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences and rent the entire building Residences 3, 4 and 5 for a total of 12 bedrooms!
The Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences share a beautiful beach with guests of the Crowne Plaza. The beach is available the last weekend in June through Labor Day weekend Sunday 10:30am-6:30pm. The rest of the time the private beach is for the sole use of the Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences, however the kayaks and chaise lounges are not available when the beach is closed.
The Historic Lake Placid Club boasts 45 holes of Championship Golf, extensive mountain biking and cross-country skiing trail systems.
The Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences are operated by the Crowne Plaza Hotel and guests may enjoy our indoor pool and hot tub, as well as fitness facilities, located œ mile from the Boat House.
We do not allow parties or events. Noise audible outside the Property (including music or loud conversation) is prohibited between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
CHECK IN IS 4:00PM and CHECK OUT IS 10:00AM. We will contact you on the day of arrival with the door code as soon as the rental is ready.

Perfect for group get away

This was an amazing property and we enjoyed being so close to the lake. The amount of bedrooms and the layout of the place made it perfect for a big group friend weekend.

Perfect accommodations

We had an amazing time staying at the boat house. The accommodations were perfect for two families (4 adults and 6 kids). Clean, great layout, perfect location and view! 10/10 recommend.

Awesome place!

Had a girls trip to Lake Placid and booked the Boathouse 5. Place is just spectacular. The place was clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Friends weekend

Great space. The location and view are incredible! Wish it had a couple of lamps in the living room and shades for living room windows. We cooked so would have loved more than one potholder. We’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful location

Spacious place with 3 bedrooms en suite and 1 bath for general use and the 2 other bedrooms. We needed more kitchen utensils, serving pieces and paper products, not much provided. The 2 wing back upholsetered chairs in the living room both have broken back legs which we gingerly used knowing they are about to splinter. Beds and pillows were good, linens and towels good. We enjoyed our stay for the location and size of the space.

Great space for everyone with a fantastic view.Walk in to a large open living and kitchen area . 2 wonderful outdoor spaces on each side of living room with table and chairs We were on the 1st level with large windows right on the lake looking at town lights at night across the way. All the beds were so comfortable. Can't wait to spend another season there Great place to make amazing memories

Exceeded Expectations!

This property was above & beyond anything we could have imagined! We were a group of 10, including a few kids, and we all lived our best lives: fishing off the private deck, large kitchen to cook family dinners, comfy beds, and our own private deck to enjoy the beach & lake (sand castles, lounging/book reading, swimming, kayaking) - I cannot recommend this property enough! We hope to go back for years to come!

Ski Weekend

Perfect accomodations for 4 couples. The skiers drove off each morn for a 15 min ride to Whiteface and the non-skiers found all kinds of activities in and around the village. We stayed in #5. Beds were comfortable, bedrooms spacious, bathrooms for each couple. Kitchen was spacious and plenty of seating for all in living & dining rooms. The view was outstanding! Being able to walk out onto lake was a big perk! A few suggestions: new dishwaher needed, upgraded coffee maker needed, stovetop light needs to be fixed And several much larger coffee mugs are needed. Great time had by all! I highly recommend staying there with a large group up to 10!

Great Vacation!

The property was beautiful and location was excellent. I would suggest putting some area rugs in the upstairs units as the noise can get loud in the lower unit. Also, a covering should be put on the AC unit by the master bedroom of the lower unit. When it rains it hits the units and is quite loud in the bedroom. Other than that everything was great!

Definitely needs a little TLC, but very nice overall

It was cold during our stay and being right on top of the water there was a very large temperature gradient from the floor to ceiling. We had an infant sleeping in a pack n play on the floor and so it was necessary to blow a fan and move the air. The temp at the floor on our baby monitor was reading 61 while the heat in the room was set to 77. So be aware if you have an infant. Additionally the floor was bowing and popping up in many places. Likely due to extreme temperature swings or humidity. It looked recently renovated and potentially low quality but nice at first glance. Maybe they forgot to put 1/4 gaps around the floor to allow it to expand/contract? Overall accomodations were excellent though. Spacious, convenient, beautiful spot.

The boathouse was beautiful and a great place to stay. The downside was what we had to purchase for cooking as this was a Vrbo property. All of our previous Vrbo properties that we have rented have always had basic cooking and condiment items which this location did not. For almost 4K for a long weekend, this surprised us as it did not have anything at all. Also, all of our recent rentals have had a coffee pot and kuerig option which is helpful. The guests above us made sleeping a challenge which we did not report. We love the area and will be back just wanted to share some thoughts on our visit.

Girlfriend Leaf Peeping Getaway

The property was perfect. Everything we needed was in the unit and the view was breathtaking. Being on the water we enjoyed watching the fish jump and ducks and birds passing by.
