Each suite boasts two bedrooms one bath, private patios, outdoor Tiki Bar with large screen TV, and a private heated swimming pool as well . This unique configuration allows for everyone to be together on the property but still have the ability to retire in complete privacy at any time.

Just a 3 minute walk to our neighborhood beach or just 4 minute walk to Stump Pass State Park at the end of our street. Here you can go to the beach, launch the water toys, and make some lifelong memories. Stump Pass State Park has one of the most beautiful pristine beaches in all of Florida!

Kick back in the comfortable orange lifeguard chairs and do some star gazing. Nothing but clear sky's and tropical breezes await you. The Pool House gets two thumbs up from the locals and is a great spot for star gazing in the evening.

While inside, walk freely around the open floor plan. There's WIFI, four bedrooms with high quality linens, and 5 flat screen TVs. Enjoy cooking your favorite meal in one of two fully equipped kitchens.

Love the outdoors? you'll feel right at home here. Cook out on the Weber grills on one of the lushly landscaped patios. Found some great stuff at the beach???...Wash off your bounty in the custom built shell cleaning station.

Enjoy the two fully enclosed open top outdoor shower with hot water and blue sky views. Walk around the property sipping a cool drink and be swept away by the lush tropical landscaping that surrounds The Pool House.

The wildlife here is amazing. You will see pelicans diving for fish, Osprey in tree tops, dolphins and manatee swimming the shoreline. Sea turtles lay eggs here every year and don't forget to look for prehistoric sharks teeth (not hard to find) and go shelling at the point. If you've been here before you know it's allure, if it's your first time, get ready for a soul refreshing journey!

FYI, this listing can sleep up to 8 adults and 4 children, 12 in total. The four top bunks may be used by children and college age guests, not full size adults.
