Great View & Location

What a really great place! Very clean & comfortable! The view is really nice! We loved having coffee out on the patio each morning! Bed was comfortable! Juanka was great to work with! Very responsive!! You don’t be disappointed!!

Would like to see condo better equipped.

The ICON and host were great. Unfortunately, we found the condo to not be well equipped and this would prevent us from renting here again. I think it would be good to provide things like kleenex, enough toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap, dish soap, bar soap in shower, oven mitts, plastic wrap, pepper, and coffee filters. The bed only had a sheet and thin blanket so would have been nice to have a comforter or duvet for it. It is nice to feel a little pampered on holiday but I didn't feel this way here.

Jennifer, thank you for your review, all are always important. In this particular one I do not agree 100%, since everything you mention that was missing I could give you without any problem since everything was in the closet that was right at the entrance of the apartment. Not to mention that the apartment had the necessary amenities for your stay, but you never mentioned it, except for the laundry soap, which for such a short stay it is not customary to leave. but you were more worried asking about your late check-out, which was granted to you. I hope you give me the opportunity to host you again and give you a better experience. Juanka

Puerto Vallarta Stay

The location and condo were as advertised. The check-in process and the property were excellent. Juan Carlos was attentive and kept in touch with us throughout the trip. There were very few negatives, but they are listed below. - We wish there would have been more towels and wash cloths for our length of stay. We would have been happy to wash/dry what was there if there was detergent to do so. We did not see any. - The kitchen sink had an issue with backing up and we were unable to wash dishes without a stinky water backing it up. Overall, the experience was great and these were just some minor items to consider for future rentals.

For the rest of the negative issues, if you noticed, there was a closet out of the unit, full of the items you mentioned. but never told me or ask me for . thats why I say to all my guests,, I will be pending during your stay. Hope you can give me the chance to host you again and treat you as you deserve. Juanka

Great condo and Juanka was great!

The property is beautiful and as a women going by herself I felt very safe. The staff were kind and you always felt welcomed. The bathroom sink handle broke and it was fixed immediately. I was there for two months and all of the staff were kind and eager to help in any way possible. Juanka checked in with me to make sure I didn't need anything on a regular basis. The patio is great besides the morning sun you have shade almost the whole day. I have a bad back and was concerend with the bed, but it was very comfortable and a brand new mattress. The spa there is wonderful and they have a package for 5000 pesos you get 10 fifty minute services and Coca was amazing. There is a oxxo store right there that is like a minute mart, there is also a great grocery store with at most a 5 minute walk. I got my wallet and cell phone stolen from me at Walmart a few days before I was getting ready to come home and had no way to pay for my luggage when I got to the airport because all my credit cards had been stolen. I was really at a loss on how I would be able to get my luggage home. I reached out to Juanka to see if he could help me out and he reached out to some very kind friends of his and they took me to the airport and used there credit card and I gave them the cash amount and of course a little extra for them being so kind to take time out of there Sunday to help me be able to get home with my luggage. It is a very safe complex to stay at they have security and also you have to put in a code just to get to your floor where your room is at. I highly recommend this condo. The pools are beautiful and the gym is also very nice. The private beach is very nice and has lounge chairs and also hammocks to lay in. There are restaurants in the complex, but there are also plenty of other restaurants with in walking distance. They have Netflex if you would just like to stay in and relax. Down stairs in tower two they have a pool table, ping pong and other games. It is a really nice place and I would stay there again.

Fine for a short stay.

We normally stay at the Icon over a month & had rented a 3 bed/4 bath unit but then 2 couples had to back out after 18 days so we scrambled for a short term 1 bed/1 bath rental to complete our month. Juan Carlos was very accommodating allowing us both early check in & late check out. The view is of the mountains & towards the marina. We love the staff, beach, pool of the Icon.

Excellent Experience

I had an excellent stay at Juan's property at Icon Vallarta. I have stayed at Icon before and have rented various units. Juan's condo is in excellent condition; the A/C worked well and maintained a cool temperature, the doors all closed and locked properly, I had no problems with internet or TV, and Juan was attentive and contacted me before and during the stay to make sure everything was going well. Overall, a very good experience.

Perfect getaway

We stayed 17 days in this nice apartment. Everything was beyond expectations. Juanka has been responsive and helpful. The apartment is well decorated. The view is nice. We liked having areas in the shade on the balcony to watch birds. The mattress is queen size, very comfortable and brand new. The only thing to improve would be to provide some more forks, knifes and spoons, there are only 4 of each.

Great vacation

The host was very easy to deal with and property was excellent check in was very easy. Everything is close grocery store or a short cheap cab ride away.

Thanksgiving in PV

Location, location, location. The condo is exactly as it looks in pictures. Mountain/City and Banderas bay views are amazing from the wrap around deck. The pool is lovely. The entire staff at the Icon are all incredibly friendly. Make sure you get a massage during your visit! Juanka was great to work with. He literally answered any of our questions within minutes. Can’t wait to go back!
