Experience the ultimate Santa Cruz getaway in this beautifully maintained townhome, perfectly located just a half block from West Cliff Drive and only a block from the Wharf and beach. Take a short stroll to the Boardwalk, Lighthouse Surf Museum, and downtown Santa Cruz. The Wharf offers dining, nightlife, boat tours, fishing, and plenty of opportunities to watch sea lions.

This three-level townhome is part of a well-kept gated complex with access to a communal swimming pool and hot tub.

Main Level:
The open-concept living area features a cozy seating arrangement in front of a gas fireplace and a 50” Ultra HDTV. Natural sunlight fills the space through multiple windows. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped, and a small covered balcony off the kitchen includes a propane BBQ—perfect for outdoor meals. A convenient half bath completes this level.

Second Level:
Upstairs, you’ll find a master bedroom suite and a second bedroom, both tastefully decorated with beach-themed décor. The second bedroom includes a small covered deck. These south-facing balconies capture sunlight throughout the day. A shared full bathroom serves the bedrooms.

Third Level:
The top level is a large game room and additional sleeping area, featuring a 55” Ultra HDTV, a game table with six chairs, a sleeper sofa (full size), and two twin beds—ideal for family fun or extra guests.

Additional Amenities:
Laundry facilities and a one-car garage are located on the ground level, providing space for parking or storing bicycles, surfboards, kayaks, and other beach gear.

- Downtown Santa Cruz – tree-lined streets with shops, galleries, outdoor bistros, and live music

Location, Location, Location! Within walking distance of all the good stuff….Boardwalk, Wharf, Downtown and across the street from the ocean which was great for morning walks. Our contact Christina immediately responded to all my questions before & during our stay. The place has lots of space and rooms but with that comes lots of stairs. The pool & jacuzzi were a big hit with my family.

Very nice home in a great location. It was clean and well stocked. Host was very responsive helping us with the keyless entry after hours (purely due to user error on our part). Wouldn’t recommend for precocious toddlers, but other than that it was perfect.

The property was an excellent walking location to the wharf, beach and boardwalk. My kids loved the top level room for sleeping and playing but the unit has so many stairs—plan accordingly. It’s a bit dingy and clearly has been a rental for a while. Please provide more towels or get some beach towels. Overall it’s family friendly and felt safe.

House was great and convenient location. Lots of stairs - four flights. The dining table is glass and our son ended up busting his lip on it and going to the ER for stitches. Everything else was good.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, boardwalk, etc. a wonderful choice for a multi-generation group.We were frustrated with the tv situation. On the main tv, we could only watch the World Cup in Spanish. The dishes could be replaced. Many were chipped and cracked.

Location was important for us. We stayed in town for the Santa Cruz Triathlon weekend, and this was near the race course start and end. Condo was clean, photos were accurate and management company was responsive to communications.

perfect location to enjoy Santa Cruz

spacious, warm, easy to find, and located near downtown, the ocean, and the Boardwalk. you could literally just walk everywhere if you plan on spending most of your time in those areas. will definitely keep this place as a go to when suggesting people on places to stay in town.

Santa Cruz get away

Santa Cruz winter week

Location is excellent for going on walks along West Cliff Drive or down to the wharf. Spacious garage for 2 cars, very versatile top floor rumpus room. Comfortable and clean, traffic noise is noticeable but it dies down during sleeping hours.

Great for Teens

We brought a group of teenagers for the weekend and this house was perfect for that! The top floor allowed for them to giggle and stay up late, while letting us parents sleep. The condo is great proximity to the beach and boardwalk alike, and the garage was nice to not have to deal with street parking. The fees are more than the nightly rate, and the requirements of stripping the beds and emptying the trash made it feel like work vs vacation, also, the check out is pretty early compared to other properties we’ve stayed.
