Wonderful guest house

Property is main house plus smaller guest house on the back. We stayed in guest house and loved it. Honestly it is the best vacation come that I've stayed at. Property manager was available as well. Everything clean and everything was there. I would stay here again in the future.

Beach Adventures

We had a wonderful time resting on the beach during the day and observing the turtles nesting at night as well as seeing two rocket lunches! Be prepared to fight the noseeums in the evenings, so bring insect repellent.

Unique location

We stayed here to be between Sebastian and Melbourne to visit family. We loved being on A1A and steps from the beach. We were a little surprised by the amount of street noise, but what can you do? Obviously not the fault of the owners. The unit is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen does not have a single spice or pantry item, so plan accordingly. We would definitely stay here again.

Just steps from the beach

We stayed in this wonderful Florida guest garden villa to escape some of our Minnesota winter. The description was accurate, easy keypad entry, excellent communications from the owners/issue resolution ( there were only a few minor issues ), just steps from the beach, everything you need to make meals and stay for a while ( washer and dryer). The furniture was adequate but could use some updating. The area had many things to do and places to dine. One especially fun thing was to view a Cape Canaveral launch right from the beach, awesome!

Perfect

We booked this property to get away for a week and just kick back and relax. Upon arrival the property was immaculate. Spotless and just had the few needed items to get us by until we could get to the market. Publix a well stocked grocery is just a short drive which was perfect. I am a fisherman and it was nice to have a well stocked bait shop within walking distance. The beach is just a 1 minute walk and you can sit on the porch and hear the waves. All in all this is the perfect location to get away from the crowd and enjoy a peaceful vacation. 5 stars!!!!!!

Relaxing Stay with Great Hosts and a Perfect Location

Lynn and Carl were excellent to work with—kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The Garden Villa was perfect: very comfortable, peaceful, and just a short walk around the house to the beach. You could even hear the waves from the villa, which made it an incredibly relaxing and serene place to stay.They truly thought of everything—beach chairs, towels, and all the little extras were available, making it easy to enjoy the beach without any hassle. The villa also had all the Kitchen utensils and cookware needed to cook in, which was great.Unfortunately, I had to work remotely a few days during my stay, but it was easy to take a quick 15–30 minute walk up and down the beach to recharge..There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, along with a convenient grocery store. One of the highlights of the trip was watching a rocket launch right from the area—such a unique experience!I wish I had seen some turtles, but everything else made it an amazing stay. I would absolutely love to come back again!

Lovely home and great access to the beach.

Everything you need is pretty close to this home. Publix grocery, ice cream store by the scoop, UPS office, nail salon, fishing stores & restaurants, etc. Our favorite is the New England Eatery, they have the BEST crab legs and recommend eating in their covered patio area. And there are several resturants (to many to mention) and a Walmart, if you wanna drive 20 minutes around to the bay side. This rental area is really laid back and not crowded/busy as Coco Beach. Great atmosphere and look forward to coming back. We highly recommend this rental.

Garden Villa

Everything about the property was as promised. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we had lots of privacy on the beach. We learned a lot about sea turtles during our stay and appreciated the hosts additional emphasis on what guests needed to do to respect local wildlife. Highly recommend this property.

Great Getaway

Even though we showed up a little bit late, after that it was a great stay the beach was awesome loved the weather food out there was on point wanted try New England eatery and pub, unfortunately we couldn't it was a line out there. Overall great quiet stay no noise very peaceful. Would love to stay again sometime in the future. Thank you so much.
