The open-concept living space includes a kitchenette with a mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals. There’s seating for up to six guests with a combination of dining table and bar seating, while the living room offers comfortable seating for up to five and features a cozy gas fireplace for added ambiance.

Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy peaceful waterfront views as boats pass through Round Lake—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo provides prime drawbridge views and easy access to downtown Charlevoix. You’ll be just a short walk from local dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it an excellent choice for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

Nice location

Very nice, convenient location. My only complaints were that they only gave us 1 half roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 2 nights and the upstairs neighbors were so loud all day. Kids screaming all day and then loud parties at night.

Great Location...Beautiful View

The staff was wonderful. They responded to my request to clean the carpet in the unit. The carpet really needs to be replaced. These units are getting alot of rental usage and it shows. The shower in this unit is amazing. Like a shower at a spa! Great View.....on Round Lake....in the heart of Charlevoix.

The pool area is adequate yet the pool towel system is not working...two of three times there were no clean pool towels. The staff was friendly yet unresponsive to a request for towels. All in all a nice place and I would stay there again and recommend to friends.

We have stayed at Edgewater numerous times. Ronica was great with booking and checking in. Unit 226 is very nice but could use new door wall blinds. Very disappointed we could not cancel our last night due to snow warning and high wind. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED BUT YOU CAN LEAVE ANY TIME IF YOU WANT was the response we got when my husband inquired. THE NO REFUND POLICY IS IN WRITING WHEN YOU BOOK!! (not Ronica).

Never in 50 years have we encountered such soiled carpet! Brought to management attention twice with no response from them until we were driving home after living with it 4 days , when they said they would have it cleaned...too late then.

This condo had dirty carpets and there was an odor. Do not like that no one is at the front desk. Prices have really increased also. Nice view and location but not sure we will stay again. It is a shame after so many years.

They couldnt provide that for us due to the holiday weekend .. I brought the girl from the front desk to see it.. It was so dirty I was embarrassed to have my family in the unit. We rented the unit next door and it was clean.226 should of never been rented with the carpeting like that.

Reported again Saturday and Sunday with another guest also reporting. Monday morning- front desk had no knowledge and acted indignant when I complained. They would call spectrum. No fix. Tuesday front desk said thought fixed. NOT! Only WiFi was sitting on bed in small room

It has become progressively worse over that time culminating in a disaster of a stay this past week. For instance: there was no wifi connection in our room. We did not have hot water. The room was not cleaned and the bed was not made during our three night stay. Dishes were not clean. The vertical blinds on the windows have been broken for the last three years and do not close properly. The bedding was worn, old and dingy. The cable TV did not work in the bedroom. The room was never vacuumed. The balcony was dirty, the paint was chipped, the chairs were broken and old. The windows were dirty and the screen door broken. After three days of dealing with the front desk staff who told us they couldn't fix the wifi, clean the room etc, we decided to leave early and spoke to the manager who said she was unaware of our issues even after we consistently complained. When we decided to pay the exorbitant price to stay at the Edgewater to celebrate our 25th Anniversary we expected luxury. We will NOT be staying at the Edgewater in future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had great customer service during our stay! Our room was just as pictured on the website and clean and tidy when we arrived. Checking in after the office hours was very simple and convenient! We can’t wait to plan another trip!
