Das kleine HÀuschen ist wirklich super schön. Es hat alles was man braucht und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und "urig".

We have a small group hangout and Bible study in the living room; even the backyard has space and nice seats. We feel so peaceful. There are also friendly neighbors and a quiet area. We did think it was not a good area when we drove through, but not that house area. We were glad to stay there for the weekend.

Our stay at Anna's place was absolutely perfect! Her place is cute as a button, and very clean and inviting. It is minutes away from downtown by car; and the neighborhood is quiet and family- friendly. We will be back in Tampa again soon; and Anna's place will be the first place I will check for availability.

Baseball trip

Great property and host. Property description very accurate. 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 2 with twin beds. Check in and out very easy. Great location.

Perfect Location

Great location to get to North Tampa (Hard Rock and visiting USF) and getting to downtown Tampa! Soo close to the Riverwalk. Just what we needed for a long weekend in Tampa.

Great Little Place

Nice up a coming neighborhood. All older houses that have been remodeled and kept up well. House is clean and quiet. Back porch is nice. All amenities of being at home. Extra little touch of a wireless chargers in the two bigger rooms.

Nice place and conveniently located

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The posting was accurate, and the house was very comfortable. It's a short drive to Bush Garsens and about 40min to the beaches.

Family vacation

The house looks small, but was big enough for our family. We had myself, wife, two teenagers, older daughter and grandson. Everyone had their own space. It is definitely a quite neighborhood but close to all the attractions.

City stay

The house was in an older neighborhood. Very quiet. Close to downtown Tampa. The house was clean and had everything needed. The yard was a little messy due to surrounding trees and the pollen and seeds were heavy at the time we stayed. Over all it was a good stay..

Sweet Tampa Home

This house is so lovely. The street is lovely. The owner was great. If we can stay here again, we definitely will. It is in a historic neighbourhood, close enough to main roads to make getting around town easy, but set off on a quiet, tree-lined street. The house is lovingly set up with all the amenities you might need. We loved sitting in the front porch and enjoying the bird song. The owner communicated perfectly. The only reason I hesitate to give it 5-stars is because I want to keep this little gem a secret so that it will be available for us to stay in again when we return to town.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Ausreichend Platz fĂŒr die Familie, gutes WLAN, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Der Parkplatz war etwas klein. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Very cute and convenient

We had a nice stay over the Winter Break. Only one hiccup but the owner was very responsive and we enjoyed our time there regardless. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay there again in the future.

Everything it was advertised to be.

Property was just as advertised. The owners were fantastic to work with. Less than 3 miles from downtown Amalie Arena. If the advertised accommodations suit your needs I would highly recommend it.
