Ocean front, two bedroom, two bathroom with panoramic ocean views in the heart of world famous Cocoa Beach. Great for families or couples. Comes with private beach access just steps away, plenty of parking, heated community pool, and Wi-Fi and cable television. Restaurants, shops, post office, and library are an easy walk of five minutes or less.

Sea turtles swim in these waters and nest right on this beach. They are the reason this property is called Turtle Shore. You'll see countless birds and may even see dolphins and other wildlife.

You'll love spending time on the large balcony and enjoying the striking panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom.

Full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit. The building has only 50 units so you'll find this location to be more private with small numbers at the pool and plenty of room at the beach. An elevator is conveniently located near the entrance to the unit.

Located on Florida's Space Coast, you can see rocket launches right from the balcony. A visit to Kennedy Space Center is less than 30 minutes away. Cruise ships routinely pass by or go see them up close at Port Canaveral less than 15 minutes away. Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and other attractions are just an hour away.

Oceanview is perfect. Easy walk out to the beach. Pool area is small, but comfortable. Easy walk to downtown area, either by beach or street. Parking is easy. Laundry in unit is convenient. Communication with host was easy and efficient. Condo could use some updating and maintenance, but for the price, view, location and functionality, we would definitely return.

We loved the ocean view. The condo was perfect in every way. Kristen is an excellent host and made the check in instructions very easy. Excellent communication. The location was perfect for beach walks, close to golf courses and many restaurants. The bed was comfortable and with the sound of the ocean sleep came quickly. I highly recommend this unit. Great oceanfront

Great location, with beautiful ocean view. Very functional, has everything you need, including washer and dryer. Walking distance to many businesses. Agree that furniture could use upgrading, but everything else makes it all worth it! (King size bed was comfirtable)

Really nice condo!

This condo is really nice. It has a good-sized open floor plan, a large balcony and the kitchen is well stocked. It is within easy walking distance of several good restaurants/bars. The Kennedy Space Center is close by and you can watch SpaceX rocket launches on the beach or on the balcony (if you’re lucky enough to be there when one launches). We would definitely recommend this condo short-term or long-term.

This property is a beautiful location. Relaxing and peaceful. It was as Kristen described. She was a wonderful hostess she addressed our concerns and questions. I will be coming back next year

Beautiful view. Nice property. Most of condo was in great shape however some of the furnishings (ie the sofa and chairs) could use some upgrades. Lounge chairs on the deck would be a nice addition.

Wonderful unit!

We were here for 2 monthd. Everything was as promised. The unit is spacious, well supplied and furnished with a nice balcony. Master bed was comfortable; we didn’t use the bed in the second BR. All appliances worked great. The owner was very helpful. We would be happy to stay here again.

Turtle Shore is 10/10

We are relocating to Fl from DC and was able to enjoy an extended stay at Turtle Shore. The condo is clean and had everything we needed. But the view is AMAZING!!! I would stay forever if I could. The location is great—near shopping, food & of course steps to the beach!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot

A lovely unit with a magnificent ocean view and exceptionally gracious hosts. Well supplied kitchen, very comfortable furniture, quiet and efficient air conditioning. We stayed for 4 weeks, and watched 5 space launches from the balcony. Hurricane Idalia made landfall in Florida on our last day, and the hosts allowed us to stay beyond normal departure time when our flight was delayed. Would recommend this unit to anyone, and would gladly stay again.

Turtleshore was a wonderful retreat for us snowbirds!

The owners were awesome! We enjoyed the unit, the ocean view from our balcony was spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the balcony like an extra living room. We brought our bicycles and felt very safe with them locked up on the bike rack in the breezeway. The pool was nice and warm during Jan- March. Hope to return in the future.

Excellent Vacation Rental

Lovely apartment with great ocean views from the living room and main bedroom. Large sofa bed in living room. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Spacious parking and conveniently close to supermarkets, restaurants, and other shopping. Local bus stop right across from parking. Gracious, helpful, and communicative owners. Space launches clearly visible from balcony. Highly recommended.

The Room with a View

We had a wonderful time at Cocoa Beach. The condo was lovely and very comfortable. It looked exactly as the pictures showed on the VRBO website. The best part was the beautiful view and sound of the ocean. The only downside was the lack of spices to cook with, not even salt & pepper. Another suggestion would be to provide two elevator keys for tenants. There is only one elevator key and it is sometimes difficult for two tenants to coordinate leaving and entering the building at different times of the day. Other than the lack of spices and the extra main key, our visit to the Wellington at Cocoa Beach was perfect. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again if there was a vacancy. The view is the BEST!

Pretty as their pictures show.

We have stayed in lots of condos over the past 15 years. We would rate this one at the top of our list. The view is magnificent. The place was spotless. I loved that it was not cluttered with all kinds nicknacks and fake flowers. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. All the kitchen pots, dishes and utensils were in very good shape. Our biggest complaint the living chairs were very uncomfortable and they should have had at least one recliner. We appreciated the building security. You actually needed a key to get onto the elevator. All outside doors needed a key for entry. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very well maintained. It is heated. All in all we would give this condominium an excellent rating. Thanks to the owners for a job well done.

Wonderful property, exactly as advertised

Wonderful ocean view, great neighbours and perfectly located , close to shopping, KSC and golf courses. Walk to the beach or use the pool, both offer a great Cocoa Beach experience. Hosts are wonderful and looked after us during our experience with Hurricane Nicole. We would come back to this property.

Beautiful place on the ocean.

The place was nice, clean had a great view and overall was as advertised in the pictures. Our only minor complaints are: 1. We stayed for 6 Weeks including Christmas and could not get access to the mail box, which resulted in some lost gifts 2. We could not get a second set of keys.
