Cozy Apartment in Historic Hyde Park South Tampa

This first floor vintage 1949 apartment is very cute and cozy and is in the charming and safe, tree-lined historic district of Hyde Park in South Tampa. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, parks, entertainment venues, and fabulous Bayshore Boulevard, which has 4 beautiful miles of continuous waterfront sidewalk.

The apartment is on the first floor of a quiet 5-plex, It has tile floors, its own washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, two ceiling fans, two mini-split air conditioning/heating units, cable, Wi-Fi and its own dedicated off-street parking space (one parking space for each of the 5 units).

There is a covered front porch/laundry room area for the exclusive use of guests in this unit. It also includes a family room, kitchen, small dining table with two chairs, a hallway with a storage closet, a bedroom with a dresser, bedside tables and a closet, and a full bathroom which includes a combination shower/tub.

All guests staying in all units of the 5-plex have shared use of the concrete table/benches in the front yard of the property.

Entry to the premises is via a digital keyless entry system. Prior to check-in, I will provide each renter with their own unique entry code, which will only be valid during the length of their stay. I will always be available via cell phone/email for any inquiries that guests may have. I also live within 5 minutes of the property and will be available in-person on most occasions. I love to help visitors make the most of their stay in Tampa!

Perfect in every way

4 night stay during the NCAA Women's Final Four tournament. The apartment had all we needed and the host's communications were timely and informative about the neighborhood. Would stay again!

Lovely location in a nice Neighborhood

The location is great for us being close to family and to Bayshore for walking. It's also walking distance to Hyde Park with lots of shops and restaurants. The space works well for us, but it may be time for a bathroom update. The owners are very nice and responsive which is much appreciated. We've stayed at this property several times and we'd be happy to stay here again. Thanks for a nice visit! :-)

Charming location

This property is in a great location and close to many activities. If you like shopping or taking beautiful walks throughout the neighborhood or by the nearby water this is the place for you. Wonderful Location

The property was just what we were looking for! We were in town for a convention and we were able to walk to the convention center. Even at night, we felt comfortable walking back to our place. Each evening, we sat outside and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood (and the neighborhood cat-very loving!).

Perfect location for walking everywhere!

It is exactly as depicted - and a great location for the price. The unit is a bit dated but is clean & comfortable and has everything needed. The A/C units worked great, the kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. The manager communicated all details needed and had very prompt responses to questions. Even though it is a multi-family unit, it was very quiet and the parking spot was readily available. We would stay here again for sure!

I am a stay-at-home mom with four wonderful kids (a 13 y/o daughter, 15 y/o son and two grown stepdaughters). I have a graphic design business and enjoy making yearbook/dedication ads for graduating seniors. I am very happy to own this charming property, which is in such a perfect location! I love being an Airbnb Superhost and look forward to helping make your visit to Tampa a fantastic one!

Location, location, location! It is a cute home in the middle of the historic district. Hyde Park is one of Tampa's most charming areas, a walking neighborhood with tree-lined streets, restaurants of all classes, clubs for the younger set, and shopping for all. The Sunday Farmer's market is very popular, and Bayshore Blvd is truly a gem.
