Amazing location if you want to explore the HydePark, Bayshore Blvd and/or downtown area. Bring a bike or rent one b/c you are a block from Bayshore Blvd.

This was a great stay for my husband and me. The location is great! Plenty of parking, safe neighborhood, very walkable. We have already booked for next year! Jennifer was very responsive every step of the way!

Perfect location in a safe and beautiful area. Location was ideal to walk to Hyde park. Easy and plentiful parking. Unit was just as described. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it again as well as the first time. These apartments are so cozy and comfortable! Very clean and we had plenty of linens, cookware and kitchen essentials!! The bed was also very comfortable and helped us get a good night's sleep. The air conditioner worked wonderfully!! The price is so reasonable also!! The Hyde Park neighborhood is so beautiful and safe!! We love this place!! We WILL be back!!

Everything was perfect, we loved staying here! Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with, got us checked in a little early, (thank you for that!!), the unit itself was super cute and nice to stay in. Overall no complaints at all - thank you so much :-)

Jennifer, the host, is top-notch. Very helpful, seamless check-in process, excellent communication and response time. The unit is well-appointed with everything you need. The bed is comfortable. The air conditioning (very important in Tampa) works well and keeps the place nice and cool. The location is perfect for enjoying all South Tampa has to offer. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!

Perfect in every way

4 night stay during the NCAA Women's Final Four tournament. The apartment had all we needed and the host's communications were timely and informative about the neighborhood. Would stay again!

I stayed in the Cozy Apartment to visit family. It's in a great location and having the washer & dryer is a plus. The kitchen had everything I needed and there was plenty of room. Thanks for a nice stay. :-)

Great Location

Charming apartment just blocks off Bayfront Drive. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking/biking distance. Clean and comfortable and the a/c works great!
