Leave your worries behind for a picture-perfect vacation in paradise! Crystal Sands 303B is a two-level condo perched upon a sugary dune overlooking the shimmering beach. The spacious Destin condo allows vacationers to relax and enjoy all the benefits of a stress-free beach getaway. With two bedrooms and extra sleeping accommodations throughout, the condo can entertain up to ten guests.

The open floorplan of this beach rental is characterized by high ceilings and natural sunlight that accentuate the condo’s spaciousness. Two sliding glass doors face the glittering gulf, offering panoramic beach views from day until night. They lead onto a balcony furnished with chairs and drink tables. There is nothing more peaceful than sitting out on the breezy balcony, listening to the waves, and taking advantage of those amazing views. In the living area, the sand-colored walls and parchment tiled floors bring the feel of the beach right inside with you. The living room features a regal leather couch and two white accent chairs. In the center, a hardwood drink table sits atop a plush rug. A wall-mounted TV is great for catching the big game or watching a movie in the evenings. The tile flooring flows seamlessly into the dining area, where you will find a granite-topped island table with seating for six. The tabletop matches the black-granite countertops in the adjacent kitchen. The kitchen also has stainless steel appliances and spacious wood cabinetry.

In the first-floor master bedroom, there is a king-size bed, tufted headboard, wood furnishings, a TV, and a sunny window. The room has access to a full hall bath with a glass-walled, walk-in shower. The remaining sleeping accommodations are located on the second floor. A cozy guest loft boasts a full-size bed, flatscreen TV, and access to a full bath. Just past the loft and bathroom is the second guest bedroom. This room is perfect for the kids in the group, with two full bunk beds and a TV for entertainment.

When staying at Crystal Sands, guests love how close it is to the beach. You can go from relaxing on your beachfront balcony to lounging on the beach in less than a minute! Crystal Sands also provides free seasonal beach service, a swimming pool, spacious sundeck, and a BBQ grilling and picnic station.

Want to explore the surrounding Destin area? Not a problem! The Destin Commons retail center is only a mile away. Here, you can check out shops and boutiques, enjoy casual dining, catch a film at the movie theater, go bowling at Uncle Buck’s, and more. Down the road is HarborWalk Village, which offers everything from live entertainment to dolphin cruises to family-friendly activities. For more family fun, check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf or go shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets in nearby Miramar Beach.

Third Floor:

First Level: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

Second Level: Loft with Full Bed, Bunk Room with Two Full Bunks, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

*Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

*Note - Through Spring, the pools at Crystal Sands will undergo weekday resurfacing and upgrades. Only one pool will be closed at a time, ensuring continued pool access. Thank you for your understanding.
