A recently remodeled home on a quiet mid-town street. Hot Tub & heated outdoor shower in the private backyard. Crazy fast WiFi. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms, granite countertops, breakfast bar, and stainless appliances in the kitchen. Recessed lighting throughout. Fresh paint, fresh furniture, and newly refinished original hardwood floors.

The office has a bonus daybed to accommodate larger groups.

I live in town and am available by phone or text - so don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all!

Down the street from Trader Joes, and an easy 5 to downtown- this is a perfectly situated quiet neighborhood near it all.

The entire home is yours to use. This home offers plenty of on street parking with a ton of space between the road and sidewalk.

Located on a quiet shaded street near an elementary school, with easy freeway access. Just minutes from downtown.

Fully loaded with entertainment featuring a Smart TV, board games for the family, a private backyard and shaded front patio. This is a classic Chico home, boasting the charm of original hardwood and finishes, with modern updates.

Laundry facilities can be made available for 3+ day stays, please message prior to check in for arrangements.

Perfect for a small group or couple who need separate rooms

The place was delightful and completely as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very functional, the hot tub worked perfectly, and the TV had a built-in Roku which let us watch any streaming service.. We'll start here again next time.

Family visit to Chico State

The home was perfect for our family. The dining nook and the living room was wonderful for visiting and the bedrooms were very comfy. We especially loved the fluffy pillows.

I've stayed here twice and will return again

This is one of my favorite short-term rentals. It is very clean, conveniently located, quiet, well-appointed, and is very comfortable. The hot tub is a bonus, with a nice view of the southern sky. Recommended!

Peaceful, quiet stay

We found this place to be clean and quiet. We were in Chico for a memorial service, and this was the perfect place to relax and retreat after an emotionally draining day. It was also exceptionally clean. If we are ever in need of a place to stay in Chico again, we will definitely look into this place again.

Perfection

Excellent communication. Clean. Mid century modern vibe. Incredibly comfortable beds. In quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything in Chico. Kids loved hot tub and ability to run around in front yard. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone else looking for accomodations in Chico.

Quiet, private, and comfortable

My self and my 16yr old daughter stayed here while visiting her older sister. We felt very safe and had all the things we needed to be comfortable. We were able to prepare 2 dinners and had all the utensils, pots and pans, and spices one would require for cooking. The outdoor spa was a bonus and was nice to wind down in after visiting all day. The property manager Chelsea was easy to reach and very accommodating as well
 As a bonus we got to watch a flock of chickens roam around the neighborhood. My daughters thought they were very cute.. I am just grateful one of them didn’t try to smuggle one in to the car for the ride home! .. Lol 😉 We would stay here again for another visit if given the opportunity. 👍

Awesome place!

This place is adorable and super comfy! It has all the amenities you might need, and the AC kept the place cool even on 100°+ days. I totally recommend this place!

Cute mid modern house

Very nicey remodeled mid century mod house in a cute neighborhood. Decor was simple and stylish, and worked great for our family of 6. Hidden reading room in the office was perfect t for the kids, and hot tub was just enough enjoyment the our kiddos (all under 6) without having to constantly monitor a entire pool. House was 5 mins from downtown and 2 mins from freeway access. Perfect for a short stay in lovely little Chico!
