Relax at our peaceful beach condo centrally located in beautiful Cape Canaveral, FL. just a few steps from the beach. 45 minute drive to Orlando and 10 minutes from Port Canaveral. Conveniently located near Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon Surf Shop and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Whether you are in town for business, to catch a rocket launch or some waves.. We would love to host you!

Fantastic vacation

Stayed for the month of March. One block from the beach made for easy beaching everyday. The included cart, chairs, cooler, beach towels were much used. Watched 4 launches from the beach, hung out at Carib brewing a lo, as well as the Port watching cruise ships come and go. Ffantastically stocked kitchen utensils. Only negative was the futons not really comfortable, but only uesed them for watching TV at night

Cute beach house

Cute little beach house.. clean.. loved that it’s no smoking!! When I reached out to Kat she responded quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

Quiet and Clean

This VRBO was perfect. I was amazed at how quiet it was in the area at night. It was a perfect place to stay to walk to the beach and relax. We went out and did the tourist thing well. The place was clean. There was coffee (very important in my life
 lol). The bed was comfortable. There was space to make yourself at home. They even had a bag you could use for the beach
 we didn’t need it, but I found it very nice and thoughtful. The owners seem to have thought things out when preparing it for a VRBO.

A comfortable quiet place to stay.

This is the second year we have stayed in this complex with this host. Our condo is always very clean and they always make sure we have all the amenities we need. Just a block from the beach, and within walking distance of the pier, several restaurants and bars. Will most likely stay here again next year.

NYE stay to visit family

Myself, boyfriend and adult son stayed comfortably In this small but convenient condo. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Great location, especially to see a rocket launch as a bonus. Close to beach and restaurants.

Lovely Beach Cottage Atmosphere

Wonderful place!

We loved our stay here. This lovely home was sparkling clean when we arrived, we were relieved to see it matched all the online pictures & the location couldn't have been better. A nice, safe, quiet neighborhood to walk & ride our bikes. And truly one block walk to the beach! Walked there everyday, enjoyed watching the surfers, wind & kite surfers, etc., and just walking on the beach. Loved the beachy theme in this cute place, there is a nice courtyard, too, in the middle, with trees & shrubs, which we appreciated. Kat was very responsive to our messages, and even went above & beyond by promising to mail a forgotten favorite pair of shoes! We truly hope to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful, peaceful place

It eas a beautiful experience in a quiet, seaside town, literally steps from the beach, across a little road. We loved it!!!! We had a cancelled rental and would have been stuck but vrbo and our host were wonderful!!
