Welcome to the Private Oasis! A Spectacular home in Avila! Avila Beach is one of our best hidden treasures on the Central Coast. Your time staying at the âPrivate Oasisâ will certainly be memorable. Peace will be felt from the time you enter the private gated community to arriving at the home nestled at the end of a small cul de sac, backing to open space lined with majestic oak trees. The front and back decks offer the choice of all day sun or all day shade. The backyard has outdoor dining space for eight, a gas fire pit and an infinity spa to escape under the oak trees.
A split level design with an open spacious living area and master bedroom on the top level and two guest rooms, full bath and sauna on the lower level. The garage has enough space for your car and all the toys you might want to bring with you.

Avila Beach downtown has shopping, dining, surfing, fishing, golfing, wine tasting, and the list goes on. A mile out of Avila Beach is the 101 Fwy, between San Luis Obispo and Pismo Beach!
