Newly furnished, this 6776 foot 5 bedroom 7 bath home is truly an expression of art and design with resort style indoor/outdoor living spaces. Experience bespoke craftsmanship; hi end finishes, custom cabinetry and attention to detail that is evident in every room of this sun drenched Mediterranean show place. Two primary bedroom suites occupy the first and second floors. There are 3 additional bedroom suites plus a screening room with the latest visual and audio equipment as well as a Peloton equipped gym. There is lounge room with formal bar and pool table.

Food lovers will delight in the chef's kitchen with stone countertops Subzero and high end appliances and large pantry. Outdoor entertaining with views of the ocean and islands will be enhanced by a covered patio with sunbrite TV, and an outdoor kitchen

Rita is a kind, accommodating host whose home is very well maintained. The ocean views are cinematic and the interior of the home is beautifully built, from construction quality to high grade finishes. Each room is plush yet refined and carefully thought out. The multiple lounge spaces make for a spacious stay and true California indoor/outdoor living. A one of a kind experience.

This property is absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you could want in terms of luxurious amounts of space and convenience. Our experience with the pool- all the toys and the shallow shelf on one end- was a delight. Our 18 month old and three year old could play safely without having to be held every moment. We would love to return.

West Coast Family Wedding weekend

Absolutely Stunning Property!

Stayed with a group of friends for a 50th birthday celebration. We are all interior designers and usually VRBO's don't wow us, but this one certainly did. The home and yard were amazing - landscaping and interiors were impeccable. We loved the huge chefs kitchen. All the beds were comfy and there was plenty of room to spread out. We wanted to move in!!! Definitely a five star experience!
