Wake up every morning with beautiful sunrises and the sounds of rolling waves directly from your balcony and views of the ocean from every window. Welcome to our condo! Spanish Main Unit 22 is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath fully furnished MCM condo that has everything you need for your vacation:

- Directly on the beach with great views of the ocean, pool, rocket launches, and
surfing
- Oceanfront heated pool & BBQ grills
- Free WiFi
- Office space for work with WIFI phone handset

The host was very communicative and attentive. Condo was clean and you can tell it’s been remodeled. Very nice view from balcony too! Walk to the beach was super easy! You ca literally walk to all of our favorite places to eat and drink. Bonus!!

This was our second stay at this condo and it was great just like the first. It is nicely done and very comfortable. Most things you need to enjoy a beach vacation are provided. Hosts are great to communicate with and respond quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Amazing condo!

Can't say enough good things about this condo. It was impeccable from the cleanliness to the furnishings. Had everything you could want or need. The mattresses and sheets were amazing. The location is great too. Very easy walk onto the beach. Highly recommend.

Beach Trip

We had an outstanding stay in Coco. Condo is located in prime area for beach going, shopping, restraints and night spots. Parking is adequate most of the time but arrangements have been made for overflow close to apartment parking Owners of Condo were very responsive to our needs and questions. Would consider using again.

Family Spring Break Trip

This condo beyond exceeded our expectations. It has all you need to have time away from home. Very clean, close to beach and friendly complex. Close access to restaurants, stores and other attractions. Marilyn was great with communication and we would love to return in the near future!

Wonderful stay

Condo was perfect for our family with two small kids. Kids loved walking from the pool to the beach. Condo was nice and clean. Included everything needed to go out on the beach. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Cocoa Beach.

A first-class condo

This condo, owned by a couple (not a corporation), is beautifully decorated and equipped. All amenities, including beach chairs and towels, are included. A bonus is that NASA rocket launches can be seen from the beach in the back of the condo. An amazing sight. We would definitely go back again.

Boat race weekend
