This place was well appointed, stocked with essentials and then some! Extra beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, aloe, laundry and dish soap, plenty of kitchen gear. Views of the ocean and pool were great. Easy access to the beach, close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Marilyn was great and communicated promptly. We will be saving this place for sure!

We come to coco beach a couple times a year to check in on family that lives close to Spanish Main. We have stayed in many units and this is one of my favorites. Very clean, nice pool/ocean view. Host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back and hope to stay at this unit again!

This is a top-notch property! Loved everything about this well-appointed unit. Will love to go back. Beautifully furnished, every essential you can think of is provided, quality bedding, just perfect. I cannot think of one thing that is lacking in this unit. I do wish the development had some umbrellas at the tables at the pool so that there could be a little bit of shade. However, the host of this unit has provided plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach, which is where we ended up spending our afternoons.

From the minute we drove onto the property, it was clean and impressive, our condo was clean, had easy access to the beach and the pool. Our condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen was a great area to cook. Plenty of refrigerator space and appliances. We had beach equipment, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and toiletries. Our balcony had great views poolside, and the ocean. We also had the opportunity to watch a rocket launch. We had great memories to last forever and our host. Marilyn was very informative. She’s the best.!!
