Recently renovated , this 916 sf unit sleeps 5 people & features washer/dryer, sleeper sofa, wifi, King size bed in master, A/C, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen (dishwasher, oven/stove, fridge) in a safe neighborhood. Beautifully decorated, this unit provides all linens making this ideal for business travel, vacations or stays in between homes.
We also provide cable TV (YoutubeTV) along with DVD player/DVD's & Smart TV.

This property is equipped with a privacy-safe noise and smoking monitor in common areas. It measures decibel levels and detects cigarette/vape smoke but does not record or transmit audio, conversations, video, or any personal data.

The property was very clean and came with everything you would need for a stay. The host responded quickly when asked a question. Location is convenient to all the major roads to get around. Highly recommend.

Owners provided a lot household amenities, dishes, bathroom necessities and even small grocery items. The location was great. Our only complaint was that the king mattress was extremely uncomfortable. We would stay again regularly if there were a new mattress in the one bedroom.

We have stayed at Travis's units three times. They are nicely upgraded, well appointed, clean. Rules are easy and straightforward. Communication excellent.This location is 10 minutes from all Peterson SFB gates, and 5-15 minutes to any kind of restaurant or store you may desire on Powers Rd. Neighborhood is quiet.

The house over-all is fine. Master bedroom bed is very squeaky and you can feel every move of your partner but comfortable. Wish we could have gone in and out of the back door where we have to park without someone having to lock and unlock from the inside. We had to use the front door as this had the padlock. Travis and Tracy were very accommodating and quick to respond.

Great Stay

The place was clean and easy to find with GPS. There was a cute welcome package which was very nice. Beds were comfy and everything was great. I very much appreciated the box fan too that we were able to utilize. Neighborhood was quiet and check out process was a breeze!

This is a well managed and decorated townhouse. Though an older unit, Tracy does a good job on the details. Can't beat it for the price.

I recently stayed in this lovely townhouse for five days in Colorado Springs, and it was a wonderful experience. The space was cozy and inviting, making it feel just like home. The furnishings were comfortable, and the decor added a warm touch that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, which made my stay even more enjoyable. granddaughter loved going up and down the stairs over and over. I wish I knew what kind of shampoo was in the shower dispenser, that was really great smelling. we didn’t really explore much nearby directly. most of our exploring was in a 3 hour radius in different directions from this location. Colorado Springs was only a fragment (a few days) of our overall plans it would have been great to add another day but we didn’t see that option, so we added another day to Colorado Springs at a different VRBO. this one was better between the 2 places we also ended up adding another day to our next destination. Perfectly Ok

Not in a nice neighborhood at all, just a bunch of squat townhomes in a couple barren lots with a few junipers dotted around. Decor was acceptable but tacky, though some lamps had an obnoxious white colored bulb. The kitchen tools were JUST enough to prepare food and very low quality. There were some odd smells we couldn't place that vanished eventually. Ultimately a bland place with very little personality and an uncharming location, but does serve as a place to sleep with a kitchen, so does serve ones most basic needs, but hardly a vacation spot.
