This is the perfect location for your friends and family! Summer visitors enjoy boating, jet skiing, water-skiing, and wakeboarding. Winter visitors enjoy riding motorcycles and ATV's or just relaxing. There is fishing on the river year round. There are several boat ramps inside and outside Moovalya Keys.

Drive your boats to the casino or many other restaurants and bars directly from your back door. You can even arrange to have a private wakeboard/water-ski lesson, the parasailing boat, or water taxi pick you up on your back porch! Your very own, private 50' dock right outside your back door allows you to leave your boat and jet skiis in the water all week. Enjoy the covered patio or enjoy a swim right off your own steps off the dock.

The property location enjoys the widest and cleanest canal inside the gated community of Moovalya Keys and faces the preferred east; so, you get to enjoy the morning sunrise, but when you need a break from the sun at the end of the day, you get to relax on your shaded porch. The entire upper and lower porches are gated, which is great peace of mind for families with little ones.

Great house on the water

House was great. Good amount of parking which is important when staying in the keys, easy in and out on the boat and afternoon sun is in the front of the house so you can enjoy the rest patio/dock without direct sun. Would definitely stay again!!

Fathers Day Weekend 2023

We come to Parker all the time and pretty much stay in the Moovalya Keys every time. This home was very clean and has everything you need. Definitely a great weekend we will always remember. Will be back again.

Just like home

The location was awesome with very friendly neighbors. The home is Cozy and felt big and open. The patio area is the best. Nice big dock for our 4 seadoos. Checking in and out was easy. Jim made it super simple. We will be back !

Weekend Getaway

This was one of the best weekends I have had in a long time, Nancy kept in contact with me, and the entire process was just flawless. Beautiful comfy home on the canal

This is our 2nd time staying here because we love it so much. Its nice but not over board where you feel you cant touch anything. Its comfy like home. The location you cant beat because its on the water. The whole process to check in and out is easy. Lots of parking on property. We had a small hick up but the owner was right on it and made it right. We will be back.

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a great stay! The AC worked great and the accommodations were spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, griddle, etc. Plenty of silverware, glasses, and the BBQ on the deck was perfect for burgers at sunset! Thanks Jim for a great weekend!

Such a great experience from the start! The owner is great and very easy to communicate with. He gave all the details we needed and answered any questions we had. The house was a blast, perfect location and a great size for a larger group!

Outstanding property for our family of 8, owner was very helpful, neighbors were really nice. Great if you have a boat or not. We will book again. The Poker Table was a hit and had all the necessities needed.

Very nice home on the water in the keys. Owner is ultra responsive and the home has all the basics. Loved having our boat docked right outside the back door. Two thumbs up!

Awesome house and very clean!

The check in process was easy and the owner was easy to communicate with. The house has everything you need to just relax and enjoy your stay. This will be an annual trip and we are looking forward to coming back out next year.
