Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the cozy front porch, then unwind in the spacious screened-in back porch after a day at the beach. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming family room, and two comfortable bedrooms with a shared jack-and-jill bathroom—ideal for a family of four or two couples. Living room features a leather sleeper sofa.

Just a short three-block stroll takes you to breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over Destin’s stunning emerald waters and sugar-white sands. And for those traveling with furry friends, we're pet-friendly—just let us know in advance (a $299 non-refundable pet fee applies with approval).

A security deposit and signed rental agreement are required after booking. Come experience coastal living at its finest!

Clean, cozy, and convenient

This was the perfect space and location for our family and dog. Nice quiet street, clean home, and almost everything we needed was already there. It was cozy and comfortable, and the host communicated well with us. Just a few blocks walk to the public beach access area.

Perfect for our family of 4

This 2 bedroom was perfect for our small family. We rented a golf cart but the distance to the beach is easily walkable. We took advantage of the beach chairs and beach towels provided by the owners. The WiFi was fast and tv service was also provided. I would recommend this home!

Great location, close to the beach

We had a great stay. The house is a couple of blocks away from the beach, short 7 minutes walk. Beach toys, chairs and a wagon provided by the host helped a lot There's a lot of things to do in the area and everything is just a short drive away

Great home and location!

The house is the perfect size for a family of 4. Close to the Beach and plenty of attractions. We walked to the Beach daily. I would highly recommend staying here if given the chance. Will definitely look for it again if we go back to Destin.

Cute house and convenient walkable neighborhood

All we needed for the 2 of us and the dogs. Enjoyed the screened in back porch and walking the dogs thru the neighborhood. Close to the beach!

WONDERFUL BEACH COTTAGE!

This cottage was amazing! It felt just like home! I loved the front porch and the screened in back porch - so comfortable! The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to get to and easy to get to the things we wanted to do! Owners were so responsive and helpful! Loved it, would definitely stay there again!

Perfect & Comfy

We stayed here the last week of June. The first thing that I noticed, when we arrived at the house, was how clean it was - the floors, bathrooms, kitchen. I was immaculate. We enjoyed our stay and the location is absolutely perfect. We walked to nearby restaurants and walked down to the beach everyday. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Also, the owner is very communicative and always answered my questions in a very timely manner. Thanks!

Awesome

This was our first time to Destin and we fell in love.The cottage was great ,perfect size and location and has a good size backyard for our fur babies.The only recommendation i would make is a king size bed or a firmer matress for those of us who have back issues .We would stay again for sure !Great communication as well .So appreciative of it being pet friendly,our pets are our babies and we take them everywhere .

Fall Break

Quiet, quaint neighborhood. The property was very clean and had everything needed. A few restaurants and stores within walking distance. The public beach access in walking distance was a bit of a disappointment. It was mostly roped off for the ocean front condominiums. There were more beach access areas within driving distance. Overall great stay!

Great getaway, hope to return!

This property was the perfect beach getaway for my mom and I. They had everything we needed to get by for the week and is conveniently located for everything Destin has to offer. The check-in process was super easy and communication regarding the property was wonderful. I was so grateful to find an affordable location that accepted my small dogs however beware that there are gaps in the fence on each side of the house. They’ve attached boards to close up these areas but if your pups are a small as mine (5lb and 12lb), they’ll still fit. We just made sure to keep them on leash any time we went outside.

Cozy and perfect!

I stayed here with my daughter and it was perfect for just the two of us. The house is clean and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood felt really safe and friendly. The only thing we had trouble with was the public beach access for the neighborhood. The beach front is super crowded and very small. We were asked to leave one of the adjoining properties because we weren't renting there. So I recommend paying $6 and going to Henderson State Park which is right next door. It was just as quick to get to Henderson Park as it is to walk to the public beach access from the house. We enjoyed it so much better and it was like having our own private beach! Overall we are very happy with our choice to stay here! It was so good and we made so many sweet memories. Bruce and Mande are both accomoding and gracious.

Wonderful family vacation!

Perfect home in a great location for us, our 14 y/o daughter & her friend. We had all the amenities we needed and were very comfortable in this home! The walk to the beach was short, allowing easy back and forth if needed.
