Fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including a stocked kitchen, cozy living room, and luxurious bathroom, this charming abode promises a relaxing stay.

Bedroom 3 / Loft Area: Located upstairs adjacent to Bedroom 1, this versatile space features four twin beds, perfect for accommodating children. Two trundle beds extend to form four twins. While lacking a door, this room offers convenience and proximity to the upstairs amenities.

Located on the main level near the kitchen, the bathroom boasts a full-sized bathtub and is equipped with all your bathing essentials, including high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more. A hairdryer, first aid kit, cotton swabs, and extra toilet paper ensure your comfort and convenience.

Escape to the fenced-in backyard and fire up the grill for a cookout with friends and family. Gather around the fire pit for s'mores under the Colorado sky after a day of adventure.

🔑 You will have access to the entire house and everything in it! Please make yourself at home. The keypad deadbolt lock is how you will access our listing. We will message you your unique code on the morning of your arrival for self check-in! Enter your code, hit the check mark, and make yourself at home!

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏡 Guesthouse: There is a guesthouse on the same property. However, everything is separated: there are different parking areas, two different houses, and two fully fenced yards. The guesthouse is just like a neighbor 🙂

🔊 Noise Monitoring: We also have noise monitoring and occupancy tech to deter parties. It is 100% private and simply measures overall decibel levels and the number of devices in our home.
