Welcome to Capitola Vistas, this charming one bedroom unit, featuring a plush queen bed, is a perfect choice for your next visit to Capitola by the Sea, in the heart of Capitola village. Just steps from your door are great restaurants, lively nightlife, and numerous shops. Enjoy relaxing at home, and cooking in these recently updated units that come with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Whether you are traveling with a partner or on your own, these units will appeal to anyone seeking a relaxed, clean, and modern atmosphere.  There is a shared laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer.

One dog is allowed with the payment of a $75 non-refundable pet fee.  Due to the close proximity of the other apartments on the property, we ask that the dog is not left unattended in the unit due to noise concerns.

Capitola is a historic and atmospheric little coastal town with plenty of surf spots, boutique shops, and a whole host of commercial and entertainment outlets for young and old alike. The town is flourishing yet retains its distinctive and quaint character, beloved by beachgoers and surfers.

Surf City Rentals Policy
Guests must confirm they have read and agree to the following policies:

No Parties or Disruptive Behavior: Surf City Rentals prohibits parties, open-invite events, disruptive gatherings, and any behavior that disturbs the surrounding community, including excessive noise, visitors, trash, smoking nuisances, parking issues, trespassing, or vandalism.
Cancellation Policy: We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, and no exceptions will be made.
Trip Insurance: We strongly advise all guests to purchase trip insurance to protect their booking in case of unforeseen circumstances.
