This is the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. We look forward to hosting you!
Our favorite part about this location is the tranquil setting and being able to walk out the door for a quick walk or hike. Within a mile you have: Westmont College, Lotusland or Parma Park (great hiking).

Quiet and peaceful

This is a great spot for a couple. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and close to all sites with a car. Would highly recommend.

Studio in Montecito

Studio needs some general cleaning/dusting of appliances, cabinets, etc. but everything works properly and hosts are very easy to communicate with. Nice space in the mountains and easy to get around Santa Barbara. Thanks for the stay.

The studio was exactly as advertised, but access to the loft like bed area was somewhat difficult for my husband. It’s a small area and you cannot stand in it. However the studio had everything we needed including a nice bathroom and shower and a fully functional kitchen area. The view outside was wonderful.

Amazing location and view

We were visiting our daughter at Westmont College and the location of this studio was perfect. The view that greets you our the front door is amazing. The owners were on site and very accommodating and really went out of their way to make it an enjoyable stay after some very minor issues at the outset. Above and beyond for sure. We didn’t spend much time there as we were tooling around town with our daughter, but it served our purpose for location and comfort.
