Ready for a weekend getaway? This studio features a full bath, TV with cable, a microwave small coffee maker, mini fridge, two single beds and balcony to relax and breathe in the fresh ocean air. This part of the COASTAL LIFE is the perfect space for a small family and quick trip to the beach! The studio is located on the 2nd floor and the entrance is conveniently located at the front of the complex. Studio can be rented as is or combine it with unit (205) next door and open up the space to a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that can sleep up to 6! - ask host for details. Located in the newly converted Coastal Waters condominium that has some great onside amenities such as a heated pool, gas BBQ's grills, outdoor lounge chairs and direct beach access. Centrally located, next to 27th ave park, and within walking distance to many great restaurants such as Izzy's Tacos, SoNapa Grille and Chases on the Beach!

Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave.
Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass.


PLEASE NOTE:
We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

Balcony view was a wall, note that sprinkler system didn't work, very dirty/outdated. Book with Vrbo always, this was the wordy place I ever stayed.

Short Stay Appropriate

The room did have two full sized beds but saying it could accommodate a family of 4 with teenagers would not be accurate. To access the pool, we had to go outside, downstairs, and through lobby even though we had "outdoor" seating but no access. Roo. Needs updating BIG time

You get what you pay for

Nothing like the pictures. Everything was older and dated but It was clean enough.....I was surprised when the bedding/laundry for the next booking was delivered the night before we left and left outside at the bottom of the stairs. Very Tacky See picture below, bags were not closed and there's a pillowcase with sheets inside on the ground and there's a rat box in the same area :( Tacky

Overall, our stay was satisfactory. However, the floors were filthy to the point of making our feet black and dirty when we walked across them. Also, based on the pictures that we saw of the property online, we were expecting an oceanfront view

Beach overnight

We’ve stayed at this property before in different units. This one was a disappointment. The air didn’t really work well. The room only cooled off when the temperature was dropped low. It was not very clean, smelled musty, and one of the beds had sand on the sheets upon our arrival. Very disappointing and will not stay at this unit again. Also the parking pass was not updated for our dates of stay. Do not recommend!

First time VRBO and very disappointed!

Needing an interior upgrade. Definitely not as expected and pictures deceiving. Had to buy a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the door handle that was falling off. Hot tub wasn’t working and terribly dirty.

It was ok

From the pictures the room looked more updated than it was. The balcony furniture table rusted and the chair covers need to be replaced. Beds okay. Linens okay. No seating in the room (?). An empty space where there could of been seating like a loveseat or small dining set. Strange curtains.The bathroom no issues - nice updates.

Not a good experience. I had to call to get towels and then when the towels came , they were stained. The bathroom shower was moldy and the window covering in the bathroom was partially uncovered. The patio table and chairs are terrible. RUSTED with the view of stairs and a wall. I would NOT recommend this place. Only thing good about it was being able to walk to the beach. Will not go back.

Disappointing

We arrived late, about 10:45 after an event . The front door and the patio door were open, one of the beds was unmade and stained and we saw a cockroach and a spider when we opened the cabinets. The room also really smelled like Pot, although I’m guessing that was the neighbors. The property manager was responsive though, when I texted her a picture of the bed and sent her husband with a bag of clean sheets. We wanted to leave but it was so late to drive home an hour or so. From the pictures and the total price we thought it would be so much nicer. The balcony faced a wall and had very rusty furniture and you hear all your neighbors easily. We would love to get a refund for the cleaning fee.
