Red Maple is one of three charming units at Coastal Grove. This recently updated, quaint retreat has everything you need for an unforgettable South Carolina stay, with a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and two different outdoor spaces.

Start your morning on the charming, shaded patio, where you'll find a spacious bench and additional seating to make open-air mornings a breeze. Folly Park is minutes from your front door, so you'll have no trouble spending your days lounging in the sand or catching the surf. When you return home, the outdoor table on the deck is the perfect place for an al fresco evening meal.

*Home Truths:*
- This home (Unit B) is located on the ground floor.
- This home is also available as part of a 3-unit buyout called Coastal Grove and has 7 bedrooms.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Our property comes with a total of 4 parking spaces - shared between all 3 units. There is free parking along E Ashley & E Arctic Ave as well. Guests can park anywhere on folly beach for free - Please note that all 4 tires must be off the pavement to avoid a ticket.
- Please note the town of Folly Beach is conducting beach replenishment in different sections of the beach until September 2024.

Parking Details:
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle, any additional vehicles can use the free folly beach street parking along E Arctic or E Ashley Ave.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Beach Gear Credit:

AvantStay has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests!

Guests with reservations of 2 to 14 nights at participating AvantStay properties will receive a credit towards beach gear rentals during your stay. The credit amount will vary based on your booking. You may use your credit for bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, and more - the choice is yours!

Once you’ve made your reservation at one of our participating properties, be on the lookout for an email from VayK Gear to make your gear selection. If you reach the credit limit, you can still add additional items priced at their exclusive, discounted rates. To keep your vacation stress-free, your gear will be delivered to your rental property on the day you arrive and will be picked up the day you depart.

PLEASE NOTE: From mid-spring to early fall, beach gear inventory - especially bicycles - are in high demand and may be limited. We recommend reserving your gear as early as possible.

*Credit is applicable to guest reservations of 2 to 14 nights only. There is no cash value if the credit is not used. Some properties do not participate in this program and will not have any reference to beach gear credit in their property descriptions.

Not for me
It needs some work. Loose boards on walkway and screen porch. It was clean but still had roaches. Terrible internet connection. The entry code malfunctioned on the second day but the service call was quick to manage a new code. *The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. *The other tenant's were quiet and respectful. The ceiling fan in the living room didn't work and one outlet in the 2nd bedroom didn't work. The pictures posted where much nicer than the actual apartment. This is my 4th rental at Folly. 2 houses and 2 apartments. I will not rent another apartment, both were disappointing but this is the only one that had roaches which ruined it for me. I would not recommend.
