Have a stay full of lasting memories with the locals and transplants alike in Nashville's most popular downtown neighborhood! This chic apartment is perfectly located near many of the Nashville hot spots you've heard of. Stay close enough to the action to be the first in line at Biscuit Love or walk to your reservations at some of Nashville's most well-known eateries. Either way, the shops, boutiques, and entertainment will give you ample opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the best of what Nashville has to offer all within a few blocks. You will love your stay in our home and you'll be energized by the neighborhood vibe, we know it!

This apartment features an open-concept dining and living area with a private patio so you can relax from the bustling activity the Gulch offers! To the kitchen's right is a black granite desk, matching the island, if you need to handle some business while you stay with us. You'll love enjoying the patio in between emails!

We provide our guests with a washer/dryer so you can have a blast and not worry about stains on your best 'going out' attire! Laundry may not be fun for everyone, but you can enjoy Nashville easily, knowing you don't have to worry if you need it!

The Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the left of the open-concept living room, with a modern and bright feel and a large walk-in closet setup for your belongings. With ample space for 2, the bed is a plush foam queen with an extra blanket for comfort. Off of the bedroom is the large ensuite bathroom with bright double vanities and a sizable garden tub with a modern subway tile backsplash, big enough for a few people to get ready at the same time!

The guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the right of the living space, with a sunny view to the patio, has a comfy queen foam bed and a similar-sized closet. It's hard to tell which of these is the master bedroom sometimes!! The second bedroom also connects to an airy (jack and jill) full guest bathroom, providing both bedrooms with their own private bathroom experience.

Great place within a 20 minute walk or easy Uber ride to the main bars on Broadway. The apartment was in a secure building within a great neighborhood. We felt safe along the walk to Broadway, even at night. I would warn you that, if you have mobility issues, there is a long walk through the building to get from the front door of the building to the apartment. The hallways were almost maze-like. We found the entry app easy to use for apartment access. I know some of the reviews mentioned only one fob for building access but we didn’t have an issue since our group stayed together. However, I can see where this may be an issue for some. As for the inside of the apartment, we found it very comfortable and perfect for four adults or even a family with small kids. The showers could use a little TLC with the tile grout and fixtures. Other than that, every seemed in order and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again if coming back to Nashville.

Perfect spot

Perfect location to visit Nashville. Check in and communication was easy. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and retail on surrounding blocks. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Shower in primary bath needs to be resealed to be 10/10. Would stay again.

Not the cleanest or ideal for groups...

We chose this rental for its ideal location and parking but unfortunately it was disappointing upon arrival. This was probably the dirtiest unclean rental I ever stayed in. The condo barely looked like it was clean. There was a visible thick layer of dust on the doors and base boards. The master bathroom had mold in the shower and the shower liner was filthy with mildew stains. This was concerning since we had an infant with us, but being a holiday weekend and needing two rooms in this neighborhood we didn't have another alternative for accommodations. Additionally all elevators except one were out of service. This is not the owners fault, but it became an issue since there is only one key fob provided which was needed to enter the building from the garage (only elevator working) so the group could not split up making it a hassle. This unit should have 2 key fobs available. The listing looked way better in the photos than in real life. Also there were only 4 shower towels and they were worn and threadbare. There should really be at least 2 towels per person for a 2 bed room listing. Overall the was a lot to be desired for the price. I don’t recommend this listing until they do a DEEP CLEAN and invest in new shower liners and towels.

Location was wonderful, trying to navigate around the building was a little challenging. Remotes would be a hit or miss to work TVBeds are really low to the floor and we had to clean out sink to get to draingwworking

Great condo location with attractive amenities in Nashville

Perfect location and amenities for a girls weekend in Nashville. Went for a concert and fully enjoyed the proximity to everything fun in the city. Can walk to so many restaurants, bars and shops as well as Bridgestone Arena. Gym and pool are pluses here too!

Nice stay

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment. Amanda, the property manager was excellent to work with and responded to all issues. As long as you follow the directions specifically upon first arrival, it is a smooth stay. The apartment was very clean and perfect for a family of four.If you’re choosing to stay here with people that have difficulty walking or are disabled, one thing to note the apartment is down a long hallway, so there will be a little more walking involved.We also enjoyed the workout facilities, but we were there too early in this season to enjoy the pool. All was very nice and clean and newer looking. The other thing to note is at night time can be loud or very early in the morning with trucks and cars so if you are a light sleeper, you may have some trouble.We would stay here again as the location is nice, easy walk to downtown and food and shopping available.

Perfect spot for Nashville

Beautiful apartment, perfect for 2 couples and location is fantastic. Can walk to all major attractions including Country Music Hall of Fame, the broadway and much better music venues like The station Inn which is 5 mins walk. Excellent Spanish Tapas restaurant also nearby.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has everything you need, is very clean and is within walking distance to all the Nashville attractions. We will definitely be back in the future.

Weekend stay in the Gulch

This is a newer building, very large and long hallways. Takes a while to get your bearings for the quickest way in and out lol. Overall a nice unit, furniture was mid quality. Would be nice to leave a few bottles of water and coffee pods for guest use, especially considering there is not a grocery store or Walgreens/CVS within walking distance. The 4:00 check in is very inconvenient especially if you are flying in and not renting a car. I basically had to wander the streets with my suitcase for four hours waiting to be allowed in the unit. Owner was great with communicating.
