Great location on a quiet dead end. Less than 1 minute walk from the beach. Spacious unit with everything we needed for a quick weekend.

Wonderful end of summer beach trip
 super convenient and easy only suggestion I would have to supply a proper broom sensitive, so close to the ocean! And it is so close to the ocean practically out the front door with only some condos between you and the beach.

Short visit to Jax beach

We had a great stay near the beach while visiting family in the area. The rental was clean and well appointed with a short walk to the beach. Hope to stay again when we visit Jacksonville.

Quiet, clean home base for birding

We were looking for a good place to land for birding in Hanna Park and Timucuan National Wildlife Refuge and found it here. Easy groceries nearby and two quiet nights (even with the windows open). Thank you!

Weekend getaway

This was a great place for a weekend getaway. The location was great. The bed super comfortable. Could have used a few more towels and wash clothes. The people before us must have had seafood. The frig and freezer smelled. No check out information or how to operate the thermostat. We would love to come back for another weekend getaway.

There is a step that’s missing 1/3 of the board, so be careful going down. I thought it was just me, then my boyfriend was in front of me and did a little stumble motion where I kept doing it. Yes, part of the board is missing and the nail in the center is sticking out. I wish it had a washer/dryer. The pictures had cool, retro barstools. I think there were 4. However, there’s actually 2 that were pretty old school with fabric and wicker. The deal was good for what you get. Very clean. Outside needs some TLC.

Best spot on the beach

I booked this property due to the beautiful windows in the photos. It exceeded our expectations. Walk to the beach was so quick and the area was very quiet. You are still close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back and rent here again. We have no negative comments at all!!! Thank you!

This place was quiet, very clean and a very short walk to the beach. Bring a bike to make quick runs to local eateries and shopping areas. We were disappointed there was no washer/dryer on site as advertised. Property Manager did not respond to our question while we were staying there.

Stay for Mayo

The place is nice. But could use better towels and wash cloths. Said there was a washer and dryer and there is not one. Could use coasters. Shelves in kitchen are very low i hit my head and b. Cleaning crew opened our door the day before we were to checheck out. I did leave the place like i found it very clean.

The check in details were very unclear. Traveling solely it did not identify back entrance that was very unlit. I would not book again if traveling a lone. Chain link on door was broken. No cameras that I could see and I had to bring my belongings up a dark stairway after trying to find exact unit. Two bottom units vacant, Called twice at check in (4pm) with absolutely no response. Spreading my sisiter's ashes is what I am here for. Added way too much extra stress.

Beachy, Cozy ,Clean and perfect location

We enjoyed this unit very much. The condo was beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. Just a 3 minute walk to beach and right in the middle of the nightlife and restaurants. This condo was perfectly tucked away from the busy streets and noise , perfect for families and relaxing. Thank you again for letting us stay at your place , we will definitely be back .

Beautiful place. Right on the ocean. Great location to everything. If you’re driving - bring a bike. The sand on the beach is like concrete (lots of bikers) and everything within hiking distance too. Great clean place. Shower pressure awesome!!! A/C blasts!! Confusing how to operate the thermostat - googled it and figured out there is a scroll on the right of the thermostat. Tried contacting host about this and was unsuccessful - it was at check in. Bu everything was perfect, very private.

Great Location and Clean

My score of a 3 overall is based on inaccuracies in the description of the site, important missing information and poor communication. This location is GREAT for the ability to park and walk to the beach. The walk path to the beach is literally steps away! The location was very clean and provided the basics. Having a code lock on the door and not needing to worry about a key was great! Concerns- In the property description it lists a washer and dryer.. One of the few specific reasons I chose this specific property.. and there was not one. There was a washer and dryer in a locked garage/area that the cleaning people came in and used daily.. but nothing accessible to the guests. Nowhere in the property description was it listed as a walk up/2nd floor site. The deck needs some upkeep attention-the condition is understandable given the weather conditions- but every day we walked on it we could hear (and then see) nails falling down onto the concrete pad below(would be dangerous if children were playing in that area). Communication is severely lacking. It took 4 days of waiting and reaching out to see about extending prior to our stay. I reached out upon arrival to ask about the laundry situation and still have never received a reply( and we are now gone). The screen on the door was detached and hanging by a corner when we arrived so the husband fixed that for you.
