The Space:
Ocean Garden #4 is a comfy condo on the ground floor, located just a short walking distance to the beach. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family to enjoy! It is one block from Black Beards restaurant, two blocks from the post office and three blocks from the movie theater and a new public boat ramp within a mile from the property. The Condo showcases hi-speed wireless internet, three (3) flat screen T Vs, sectional sofas, granite counter tops, washer/dryer, central air, all tiled floors and much more.
The Master bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has one queen size bed, and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room which combined will easily sleep up to 6 guests. Each room has a flat screen LCD or LED tv and ceiling fans.
You will be staying within convenient access to all of the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops that is fully equipped. A washer and dryer and private parking for the complex also add convenience. Whether you enjoy the beach, a quiet pool or the South Padre Island night life, this is the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island getaway!
Spend the day relaxing at the beach, and the afternoons at the semi-private swimming pool (not heated)
