Or head to Historic Downtown Wilmington for a delicious lunch on the waterfront and watch the boats cruise by, then take a stroll to all the gift and specialty shops . Come back to relax or entertain at the Sound House. There's plenty of space inside and out for guest to enjoy quiet time or playing games. Interior walls and ceilings were restored to bring back the luster of the original wood. Each room is decorated with treasures of the sound with bohemian nautical themes. Restored antique clawfoot ceramic tub and pedestal sink. 2nd Bath features a new walk in shower with stain glass window and reclaimed tin walls. Outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach! The Living Room features a restored fireplace and French doors on both ends for a wonderful breeze.
