Downtown Farmhouse Cottage - Super Cute and Charming
Downtown living in a private oasis a block from State Street -- five blocks to the beach & wharf. Bike rentals across the street, super cute area with off street parking. Your own vintage farmhouse cottage with an open floor plan, large deck, fountain and all newly redone and redecorated. This special place is close to everything downtown, making it easy to plan your visit and enjoy your stay.
This is a very unique and sacred space, one guest is preferred and two people max (no pets please). The cottage is airy, bright cottage with high ceilings, natural sunlight, hardwood floors, modern and new furnishings in a private setting. Fully stocked kitchen items, dining area, separate bedroom, new bathroom and overall great feeling. Location is great, just a block off State Street with restaurants, activities and shopping only steps away.
Guest access features a private cottage, dedicated off-street parking for (1) car, shared laundry room, large deck/patio, outdoor dining area.
