Emplacement idéal à West Beach! Marchez / faites du vélo partout! Unité au sol 1-BR

Rénové en 2010 et récemment meublé, cette unité ensoleillée unique fait partie d'un triplex historique dans le quartier recherché de West Beach. Votre porte est à seulement 1 1/2 pâté de maisons des terrains de sable et de volley-ball de West Beach, près de Stearn’s Wharf. La zone Funk Zone à seulement un pâté de maisons! et à distance de marche des magasins et restaurants du centre-ville. La station Amtrak est également très proche; pas besoin de voiture du tout, surtout si vous arrivez en train!

** Une deuxième unité 1-BR de 2 niveaux dans notre triplex sert de location de vacances depuis 2008. Voir vrbo # 255189. Et une plus grande unité 1-BR (# 512066) est spacieuse et notre ancienne maison à l'avant du triplex.

Un plan d'étage à un seul niveau, le salon d'entrée est merveilleusement éclairé par une skylite centrale. Il dispose d'un canapé-lit gigogne haut de gamme de qualité AU pour des invités supplémentaires et d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 42 pouces avec HD-DirecTV et lecteur DVR. En outre, une collection unique de 400 films LaserDisc avec lecteur et lecteur DVD.
Une table à manger et des tabourets haut de gamme sont servis dans une cuisine équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'une cuisinière / four, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un four micro-ondes, de tous les comptoirs en granit et est équipée d'une cafetière, d'un grille-pain et d'un mélangeur Cuisinart, y compris des ustensiles de cuisine / vaisselle de base .

Une chambre plus ombragée dispose d'un lit queen-size en peluche avec couette et oreillers en duvet, d'une grande commode de qualité supérieure et d'une douche dans une salle de bains carrelée de blanc. Revêtement de sol en sapin d'origine ressuscité. Une porte arrière s'ouvre sur un patio au bord de la crique avec un mur centenaire et des oiseaux aquatiques.
La salle de bain a une douche seulement.

La couverture Internet WiFi est gratuite. Une vaste bibliothèque LaserDisc est sur place et un lecteur LD a été mis à la disposition des clients par le propriétaire.

Des vélos peuvent être disponibles pour une utilisation partagée. Une laverie est disponible sur place. Non-fumeurs uniquement s'il vous plaît.
Stationnement dans la rue en face facilement disponible.

Jeff is an attentive host with quick response time to questions. The neighborhood is gorgeous! We felt safe and were a block away from the beach, shopping, Stearn wharf, and endless yummy food and bars. The accommodations are cozy, clean, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We didn’t hear people in the other units which made feel very private. A perfect place to enjoy the chill vibe of SB and be close to everything fun when you want it.

This location is pretty the closest you can get to the beach and downtown and the Funk zone. My friend and I were able to walk everywhere. The property owner was very communicative and ready to jump on the phone when we had questions.

We loved the location and the charm of the neighborhood. The unit was as described. It is being upgraded in 2026 which some items needed, but it did not take away from our enjoyment of the place. We are booking again for all 3 units. That is how much we loved our stay.

Lovely place and location!

My mom, friend, and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect! Cute neighborhood, walkable to the funk zone and state street, and has a bonus rooftop garden. We would stay here in the future again!

Fantastic location and very comfortable

My husband, our daughter, and I spent several days here, and we loved it. The one-bedroom unit was very comfortable and well-equipped, the building is convenient to the beach and the Funk Zone, and the rooftop garden and sitting area is delightful. We’d love to stay here again in the future!

If you’re looking for a location near the Funk Zone and beach, this property will work great! Walkable to everything! We were in town for a family emergency. Jeff was more than accommodating and we were so appreciative. The apartment is a little funky and cute but small, but honestly big enough for my husband and me. The neighborhood is amazing! We were even able to cook two meals for my daughter and her significant other. We appreciated the pots and pans, bowls and serving utensils and there were plenty of plates. The bed is very comfortable and actually, the bedroom was big enough for us! The apartment is a little dated but Jeff is in the middle of updating it so understand this. With that said, the apartment works just fine as is. Jeff is a responsive and caring host. It’s a great property and we would consider staying again. I’m also a premier host for VRBO and am pretty picky. Thumbs up for Jeff and his property. Thanks so much, Jeff!

perfect location

Wonderful house in a great location. Everything you need for a pleasant stay in Santa Barbara. Roof top gardens are amazing and the landscaping around each house in the neighborhood made walking a pleasure. Walkable to downtown fun and the beach and wharf.

We love Chapala Gardens and the location is perfect

Spring break get away

Location is perfect! Right next to the beach and State street. Roof top patio is absolutely lovely. We enjoyed playing cards on the deck, laughing and enjoying the time. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay . Easy check in process . Great communication with owner . The bed is really great. You can easily walk to the beach and to all the great restaurants nearby. The only negative is the parking the weekend there is only 90 minutes parking from 10 am to 5pm.

Thank you for the wonderful comments. AS for the restricted weekend parking, it really only affects one from noon until 3pm, given the 90+-minutes allowed. And there are work-arounds we suggest: from parking around the corner in the morning, to simply moving the position of the vehicle once at mid-day.

Great little spot close to the beach.

My mother, partner, and I really enjoyed our stay at a Chapala Gardens. This is our first time to Santa Barbara and we felt right at home. There were some “technical difficulties” with the house, but Sandy was very responsive and very accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.

The unit was very comfortable and convenient to walk to everything in downtown Santa Barbara. The roof garden is a beautiful setting for morning coffee. The only negatives were unreliable wifi and nearby construction. We would definitely stay there again.

Always wonderful to hear that guests enjoy their time with us - location is so key, too. We were aware of some instability in the repeat router and have addressed the matter since, replacing that module this week. Strong signal throughout the property now! Cox Internet speed is very FAST , at over 35Mb downloading.

Loved our Stay

We had a great week at Chapala Gardens. The location is perfect, apartment had everything we needed including a new water filter (much appreciated filling our water bottles before heading out), the rooftop is amazing and Sandy is attentive and helpful. The pictures exactly match the apartment -- it's cute and comfy, bath & furnishings not updated, but we understood that going in.

Attention to detail everywhere!

Beautiful property, centrally located to the Funk Zone in SB. Everything including the beach, bars, coffee shops, resturants and harbor are a super short walk away. The house itself was so cute and clean with everything you could need and more! They even had a foot massager that was heaven sent after two days of being in heels for wedding festivities! The highlight though, is the patio over looking the canal that provided the most amazing sunset views. So beautiful.

Santa Barbara Delight

Perfect location to walk everywhere!! Sandy came immediately when there was a kerfuffle with check in (another guest mistakenly took our unit) and rectified the situation! Shower is tough for tall folks but everything else is fabulous!

We are residents of Santa Barbara, having moved from the Sacramento area and Canada to here in 2008. We formerly occupied the front main unit of this beautiful tri-plex by the beach and oversee the property ourselves.

Our rooftop is a beautiful, demonstration aeroponic, soil-less vertical farm which is available to our guests for lounging, dining and just enjoying!

Health-conscious and fitness-oriented, our family enjoys beach volleyball, bicycling and running right here in West Beach with its nearby amenities. We also are pioneering a soil-less, vertical aeroponic Tower Garden farm on our rooftop.

We love sharing our love of this ideal neighborhood with our guests.
