Very clean, great neighborhood, comfy beds. Really it was the perfect place to stay while we visited Colorado State University and the area. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Fort Collins.

Love this property and Stacy. Everything is clean and Stacy is always responsive and helpful. Close to everything I’d like to do while I’m in town. Wonderful kitchen as I use it just about everyday while I’m there. Quiet area and the neighbors that live in there are kind.

Convenient, Clean, and Spacious

Really enjoyed our stay here, the spot was clean, convenient and spacious. Very quick to all the breweries and into Old Town.

The rental was as specified. It was close to Fort Collins where we needed to be. We found a taco truck just down the street where we could purchase freshly made breakfast burritos. The place was clean and comfortable. The host responded immediately when needed. The garage space was tight for 2 cars with the bikes in it. However, street parking was available. There were 4 nice bikes with helmets for our use. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use them, though we had planned to. The balcony off the master bedroom was delightful.

The property was clean, comfortable, and had a well stocked kitchen. Conveniently located, It was an easy walking and bike riding distance to Old Town Fort Collins. Check in and check out were easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
