This exceptionally clean and pet friendly 2100 sq ft property sleeps 8 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large Master suite and a 440 sq ft heated garage Game room including pool table, table tennis and foosball!
The large kitchen and eating area open up to the large gathering room with corner stone gas fireplace, making it perfect for family or groups of friends. Guests can unwind and relax in the hot tub or enjoy a meal on the wraparound partially covered deck while taking in the natural wooded splendor. The gas grill and firepit add to the outdoor experience and provide a great place to gather and make memories. This home has been completely renovated inside and out in 2023! All beds and furniture as well. Our property is ideally located within 20 miles of beautiful Hocking Hills! So bring your hiking boots and fur buddy. You won't be disappointed!

Everything about the property was great. Very clean and accommodating. Layout was great. We were on our trip to golf, cookout, watch football and relax, everything was accomplished. We wanted to take more advantage of the game room except there wasn’t a TV so peeling these guys away from that after a long day was impossible. I would recommend a TV in there but otherwise it was easily a 10/10.

We had a great stay overall! The property was very nice and exceptionally clean and we especially enjoyed the game room. The hot tub was incredible and definitely a highlight of the trip.There were a few minor inconveniences… There was no trash can in the main house and the landing at the top of the stairs had a fairly strong odor. We also noticed signs throughout the property warning about potential additional fees. We clean rentals as a side hustle, so while we completely understand the need for house rules, the frequency of these signs made the space feel a little less welcoming than it otherwise could’ve been.Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the property and the nearby dining options.

Absolutely gorgeous! The setting was very private, quiet. We really enjoyed the hot tub and huge wrap around covered porch as we had rain almost every day. The inside was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Open living area with loads of space to spend time together. The game was also a great way to spend time.John was very responsive and respectful of our privacy. Would definitely recommend!

Spent a weekend here with several of my closest girlfriends. This property was clean and comfortable to stay in. We were able to enjoy the outdoors and local towns.

The place was beautiful. I rated good just for 2 reasons 1) the hot tub was very foamy and around the front edge was a bunch of black particle. We did get in for a short while after I cleaned it off the inside. Also the gas grill would not get higher than 300 degrees so it took extra long to cook on. I believe is was just about empty. Otherwise I would have marked excellent over all. I would definitely go there again.

We sanitize, shock and balance the tub in between every guest. Foam is caused generally from people not washing off lotions and products before entering. But I can assure you that it is sanitary. As far as the grill. I’m not sure why it would only go up to 300 for you, except that possibly all three burners were not ignited. It’s a very nice Weber grill. I checked it and had no problem getting it over 500°.

We all absolutely loved our stay here and will return! This home was so clean and welcoming we all felt right at home! It had everything we needed. Dog bowls, towels, blankets and treats were such a sweet gesture! We had enough towels for everyone and also to enjoy the hot tub. Large shampoo, conditioner & body wash weren't expected but came in handy! We all enjoyed the huge game room! Beds were very comfortable! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more!
