When you hear the beach calling your name, it’s time to take a trip to the emerald paradise of Northwest Florida. Emerald Haven is a three-level rental home that will meet your all your relaxation needs while vacationing in this beautiful oasis. It is conveniently located in Miramar Beach and just a short walk to the beach. This perfect location places guests near Miramar Beach conveniences, while maintaining a feeling a privacy and quiet. The home features an open floorplan, five bedrooms, three and a half baths, and a private pool. The spacious accommodations can host up to 14 guests.

On the first floor, you will find a guest bedroom and bonus living space. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed, crisp white furniture, a sunny window, and access to a full hall bath. In the casual living area, there is a wraparound couch and matching lounge chairs that face a wall-mounted TV. The room also includes a wet bar and sliding glass doors that open onto the private pool deck. Here, you can quietly relax on one of the patio chairs, take a refreshing swim, grill up a tasty poolside meal, or enjoy tropical cocktails and conversation with your fellow vacationers.

Upstairs, the second level is dedicated to the main great room and additional bedrooms. Shiplap walls and large windows create an atmosphere that is bright and welcoming. Sliding glass doors lead to a breezy balcony. A casual seating ensemble made up of a lightly toned queen-size sleeper sofa and two cushioned chairs face a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV. Accent pillows, a white drink table, and a striped blue and white rug add to the coastal feel. Tile floor flows from the living room to the dining area, which has a hardwood table surrounded by two wing chairs and eight spindle chairs. The setup sits below a colonial-styled chandelier. An angled, marble-topped bar with five raised chairs separates the dining room from the kitchen. The large kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, roomy countertops, and white cabinetry with ample storage space. In the kitchen, there is plenty of room to experiment with new recipes or cook up tried-and-true dishes to share with your guests.

In addition to the great room, the second floor has two guest bedrooms that share access to a Jack and Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has its own king-size bed, beachy furnishings, large windows, and carpeted floors.

The remaining sleeping quarters are located on the third floor. One of these is a cozy bunkroom with two twin bunks—perfect for the kids. The other is the master bedroom, which takes advantage of its third-floor position by incorporating sunny windows, glass doors that lead to a balcony, and access to a rooftop observation deck from the balcony. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, two armchairs, and a flatscreen TV. It also has a private, en-suite bath that includes an angled vanity with two sinks, a corner soaking tub nestled between large windows, and a porcelain-tiled walk-in shower.

In addition to the fabulous accommodations, vacationers will love the home’s close proximity to the beach, coastal activities, shopping, and restaurants. Many restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, boutiques, and seasonal events are within walking distance or a short drive. While here, be sure to check out Silver Sands Premium Outlets for discount designer shopping, the Village of Baytowne Wharf for live music and fireworks shows, and Grand Boulevard for upscale shopping and a movie.
