Soul Surfing III-Completed in June 2023. Property includes a private beach area located on the bay with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico from the front porch area. Located in the town of Dauphin Island also known as the Sunset Capital of Alabama. Gorgeous split floor plan with beautiful views of the water from the living/dining/and kitchen areas. Sleeps 15 comfortably. 5 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. Fully equipped with many extras including all kitchen appliances, linens, towels, and outdoor gas grill. Bedrooms 2 and 3 include king sized beds and have private entrance and exits through French doors that open to the spacious back porch. The bedrooms and back porch area have some of the best views of the spectacular sunsets on Dauphin Island. Bedroom 1 includes another king-sized bed with a gulf view. Bedroom 4 contains two sets of full-sized bunk beds which are perfect for the kids. Bedroom 5 includes a full and twin sized bunk. A Nex Playground interactive system increase the additional family fun. All bedrooms and living areas have Smart TV's. WiFi is included. Home has highchair and playpen for smaller children. Please note: A starter pack of essentials are provided. This includes: one small bottle of dish detergent, two dishwasher pods, a small bottle of washing machine detergent, one 4-pack of toilet paper, a few garbage bags, and small toiletries to get you started. Please pack salt, pepper, and other spices. The housekeepers remove opened containers after each visit to stay in compliance with our safety guidelines. Please be advised of the following information prior to placing a Reservation: Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 23. Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. Maximum Occupancy numbers include children and cannot be exceeded at any time. All of our homes are Non-Smoking and Pet Friendly with a paid pet fee.

This property was exactly as described! It was perfect for our families to get together and enjoy the water and relax. We loved being close to both the bayside and the gulf side. We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and looked brand new. It was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The bay views were breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset.The only tip for future guests is to bring plenty of bug spray if you plan to spend time outdoors—the mosquitoes can be pretty intense this time of year.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable getaway!

This property was simply amazing! The location was great - close to the west end beach and the little pond and bay access were a great little private getaway and kids could run to and from the house as needed. beautiful views from both front and back porches and plenty of seating to just sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Completely enjoyed our time and can’t wait to go back!

House and property were fabulous. Glad we brought the kitchen equipment that we did, house was lacking in that area. But, everything else was great! The beach is fun, but understand that the bay side is much different than the gulf side. Worked out great for younger kids, it’s calmer. It was really cool getting all the fun of a beach vacation but also seeing nature. Hermit crabs, dolphins, and blue crabs plus birds all over.

Perfect Location!

We had a huge group stay for 5 nights and it was perfect! Such a beautfiul spot!! Beach is right across the street, and backyard is the bay! The only complaint I would have is that there weren’t enough towels for our stay. Definitely will be coming back!!

Beautiful house right on the bay!!!

This place is amazing! Beautifully decorated, beds and pillows were comfortable, everything we needed to cook. The bay side is less than a 5 minute walk from the back of the house! The beach right across the street. My family and friends had a great time!

Quick Weekend Trip

We only stayed for the weekend, but wished we could stay longer. Everything was perfect. The location and views of the gulf and bay were exactly what we wanted. The property was clean and spacious. We will definitely return.

Our Favorite Stay

We have come to Dauphin Island every year since 2019. This house has been our favorite. Affordable, accommodating, and spacious. In the perfect spot on DI and was incredibly clean. Also, still had that new house smell. We will be back to this house!

The property and the house itself are wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the customer support from DHD Properties LLC left a lot to be desired.The front door lock is tricky, and when we arrived, we called and texted for help getting into the house. It took an hour and a half to receive a response, which is a long time to be sitting on the front porch waiting to get inside.A few weeks before our stay, I also sent a message asking how to access the Gulf side. That question wasn't answered for more than four days.The home is excellent, but the property management company's communication and responsiveness need significant improvement. They should consider improving their customer support system—whether through better staffing, a different management company, or even AI-assisted support—so guests can get timely assistance when they need it most.

This house is amazing. And the location is absolutely perfect. To see the bay on one side and ocean on the other is truly special. We had the best time. So relaxing. Super easy and cannot say enough great things about both location as well as the place. We will definitely be back! It was perfect!!!
