Bella Terrace est situé dans le quartier le plus prestigieux de Cape Coral ... à quelques minutes du Yacht Club et de la plage! Que vous recherchiez une escapade romantique, des vacances ensoleillées en famille ou simplement un peu de paix et de sérénité, vous trouverez tout cela ici. Ce petit coin de paradis vous donnera envie de revenir année après année!

Cape Coral est la «Venise de l'Amérique», du nom de ses centaines de
miles de voies navigables. Notre maison est juste sur l'un d'eux
canaux. Avec un accès direct et sans ponts, il mène à la
Rivière Caloosahatchee qui se jette dans le golfe du Mexique. Vous n'êtes qu'à une promenade en bateau des belles plages de l'île de Sanibel et de Ft. Myers Beach.

Les plaisanciers EXPÉRIMENTÉS peuvent louer notre Hurricane Sundeck 2400 2012 moyennant des frais supplémentaires.

En restant plus près de chez vous, vous pouvez siroter des cocktails ou profiter d'un dîner au bord de la piscine sur votre véranda. Il y a tellement de merveilleux restaurants à quelques minutes. Revenez ensuite vous détendre dans la piscine.

Beautiful house and great location for boating

Our family had a great vacation. 10/10!! The house and pool area are absolutely amazing. The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. We rented the boat and used it almost everyday. My son fished off the dock and caught a snapper. The location of the house is perfect for boating and close to lots of great restaurants if you’re boating or driving. The check-in was simple and Jay was super responsive.

Unexpected surprise after the hurricane!

Very spacious as there was 3 couples, very clean and peaceful being at the end of the road. Would recommend this house for all travelers, also the hot tub was wonderful.

Absolutely amazing

By far one of the top properties that we've stayed in. We've stay in VRBO properties for many years in many different locations, but this one was awesome. We were a little hesitant because of recent hurricane and just some of the negative feedback from the area. The house, owner/property manager, boat rental,etc were all wonderful. Totally worth the stay!

Boaters Dream

This home is situated in an incredible location, with the added bonus of boat rental options! The Cape Coral area truly transformed into a boater's paradise for us. Our family has always had a passion for the water, and exploring the coastline was nothing short of spectacular. The house was the perfect size for accommodating our friends and family during their visits. The owner provided everything we needed, from beach towels to fishing poles. We're already looking forward to our next trip back!

Outstanding!

Hard to summarize this property with all of its amazing amenities! The house was just beautiful, and the communication with a host was spot on. My family loved the pool, but renting the boat was the icing on the cake! Enjoyed the many waterways and restaurants, with daily views of dolphins. Highly recommend. Will rent again!

I have rented from VRBO/Homeaway for about 20 yrs and this rental had everything we needed. It seems minor, but not having to pack beach towels and chairs, was HUGE! Often the kitchen accessories are limited, but not here. Great house, close to the river and gulf...Will definitely rent again.
