Cette copropriété Opal offre l'escapade parfaite. Il est parfaitement décoré avec toutes les touches (car nous aimons aussi y passer des vacances). On peut voir l'océan qui se trouve à quelques pas ou regarder le coucher de soleil sur la baie depuis le salon. Nous sommes situés au cœur de Dewey Beach ("A Way of Life") et à distance de marche de tout. Terminez la journée au bord de la plage et dirigez-vous vers l'un des endroits locaux pour dîner et prendre un verre. Ce condo offre vraiment l'emplacement idéal.

Le condo est une unité de salle de bain 1 chambre 2. La cuisine possède des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et beaucoup de salon. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont incluses.

The condo was very spacious and perfect for what we were looking for. The owner was great with communication and very responsive to anything we needed or had questions on. I would highly recommend this property!

Great location. Great condo. Very responsive owner. Elevator makes it easy to bring up luggage and groceries. Easy walk to the ocean. Great pool. End unit provides a lot of light. This one bedroom condo with 2 dedicated parking spaces is centrally located and makes it easy to walk anywhere in Dewey Beach so you don’t have to move your car to drive to any Dewey Beach Restaurant.

Wonderful beach getaway!

The condo was everything we hoped for and more! This was a clean and comfortable space that provided the perfect balance of beach and town access! The host communication and check in process was seamless and easy. Wonderful stay and we would happily return!

Great Location

This was a great location and everything was perfect. Location was great for walking to the beach or to restaurants and shopping. Everything was very clean and was perfect for the two of us. Highly recommended!

Best place to stay in Dewey!

Second year in a row staying here. Absolutely the best place. Very clean, roomy, close to the beach and Justin is a great guy to rent from. Very friendly and helpful. Bonus, the opal has a pool that’s nice and clean too. More than a 5 star place for sure!

Wonderful apartment within walking distance of the beach. Everything is super nice including the two bathrooms and kitchen. Notes in the system were very clear. Really enjoyed the stay and will likely book again.

Perfect location

My husband and I have stayed at this property now twice. It is perfectly located and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation. The owner is very responsive. We will definitely be going back to this property again.

Lovely condo in the heart of Dewey. Rooms are large are furnishings are beach chic. Kitchen was well stocked. Steps from bay with lots of live music a block to the beach… perfect spot. Will go again

It was amazing. Great location. Neighbors were really nice and helpful. The unit was well stocked kitchen equipment. had some difficulty with the main TV but not important. TV on bedroom worked fine. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was nice and well stocked.

Would Book Again!

In June 2024, we stayed for a week at this clean and lovely condo! Everything was truly wonderful and was a fabulous location. The parking, elevator access, stocked kitchen and 2 bathrooms were all exceptional. The only aspect that we struggled with throughout our stay was the queen bed that was well past it prime and left us hurting every morning. If the bed was replaced we would certainly book again!

Light and airy, large apartment by the beach

We really enjoyed this well-appointed apartment on the main drag. We were a bit cautious when we arrived in the evening to party-ers around the street and parking area, but the unit is lovely and we could hear none of the street noise nor see any of the street party action from inside. The beach is very close by and there are plenty of amenities within a few blocks. Having 2 bathrooms was great for our family of 4.

Dont look too close

When i look for a place to stay, location, cleanliness and updated accommodations are most important. From the pics, reviews and amenities, I chose this listing. Upon arrival, we entered and our suitcase wheels got caught on the runner. We moved it to find lots of sand under and falling out of it. when we entered the bedroom, we noted the carpet had stains all over it. The bed was made but the sheets had all kinds of hairs all over them and the bedspread did not smell like it was washed. Thankful that we brought our own sheets. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The carpet in the living room didnt look vacuumed and the eating nook cushions were dirty/covered with crumbs. We found a vaccuum and attempted to clean things ourselves but the vaccuum wasnt working. It seemed as if the cleaning people did the minimum. No bugs anywhere, though (& im hypervigilant bout that). Some other items were broken/damaged as well. We notified the owner of the damage we saw, for transparencies sake. He acknowledged. The hurricane doors are tricky but not awful to deal with once you figure them out. We did not use the pool at all but it looked really nice. A/c worked really well. The location is great and, overall, we enjoyed our stay. We love Dewey Beach! None of the things i mentioned were deal breakers-just disappointments. The place just needs some upkeep/love and a deep cleaning. Hoping this was just due to it being the end of the summer season.

Great place exactly as advertised / pictured. Location is amazing. Short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. We never used our car once. Great communication with the owner. The unit was clean and loved that the unit is well stocked and provides sheets, towels (bath & beach), beach chairs, and the unit had everything we needed to make breakfast/coffee every morning. Also really appreciated that there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher pods, etc. (which not all rental units do). And greatly appreciated the 11am checkout, as opposed to the 10am checkout many places have. We are on vacation after all! The only thing we wish was that the bedroom had blackout or thicker/darker drapes as it was so bright in the mornings and woke us up. Also, the kitchen sink disposal was broken upon arrival which we reported to the owner and understandably he couldn’t fix while we were there on a holiday weekend. Had a great 4 night stay and would definitely recommend!

Easy walk to beach!

Comfortable condo on the third floor walk up- nice decor & amenities. The doors were a little tricky to lock- a quick call with Justin solved the “hurricane” door handle/lock! Pool was refreshing after the beach too. Easy walk to the bars & live music in the evenings. It was a bonus to have TWO parking spaces- we had a friend visit us & that was really convenient- I’m not sure I knew that when I booked! Overall one of the best places we’ve rented in Dewey/Rehoboth DE.

Convenient location!

We had a great time staying at Justin's condo in the heart of Dewey. The location was perfect for all of our favorite activities, and the condo was gorgeous. We had a wonderful view of the sunrise and sunset every morning while we were there. Justin is a great, responsive host. We will definitely book here again.

Fall Getaway

This was my 2nd time staying at Opal. Beautiful condo!! Perfect location!! Walk to all the Dewey restaurants and bars!! The owner is very responsive!! The Starboard restaurant serves a great breakfast until 2 PM!! Very comfortable, nicely equipped and quiet unit!! Linen and towels provided is a big plus!! Thanks!!
