This is an uncredible and exclusive beachfront villa located in Playa Langosta. It sits above sea level with stunning ocean and sunset views all year round from the open-concept kitchen – dining and living space, pool BBQ area and master bedroom. This amazing house with its tropical chic and cosy style has a maximum capacity of 16 guests. It has been particularly designed to host big families, groups and to celebrate very special events such as family’s vacations, birthdays and private wedding. The main house amenities include a spacious open concept kitchen/dinning/living-room with a lounge TV corner, fully equipped open kitchen, with a large dinning reception table and a large terrace to watch the beautiful ocean sunsets with BBQ and patio areas. Each bedrooms have its own independency and is split as follow: The master bedroom (a King-size bed) facing the pool and the ocean, has its own bathroom with outdoor shower, the other 3 bedrooms have their own private entry and private bathroom (2 bedrooms have a queen-size bed and 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed and 2 bunk beds), the last bedroom based on the top floor, has its private entry as well, its own kitchen, private bathroom and has 4 beds (2 bunk beds) The center of tamarindo is at walking distance from the villa (about 15 minutes) through the beach or the main road. It is also possible de rent a golf cart, a bike o to take a cab. On top of vacation rentals, Noali Tamarindo also offers its guests a concierge service with plenty of activities such as ATV tours, surf class, horse riding, yoga classes, massages, waterfall tours, catamaran tours... and services such as airport transfer, golf cart rental, private catering, covid test.. to enjoy memorable vacations! Wonderful experience! Great space for multi family vacation. Concierge service was so responsive and helpful. Helped us coordinate private chef for our stay which made the entire visit even more relaxing! Highly recommend.

Our stay at Casa Arrecife was simply outstanding! First, the house itself is beautiful, clean (spotless), has a warm and inviting feel, an amazing kitchen and living areas and other wonderful surprises. The living and kitchen space was amazing and offered incredible views of the ocean. However, the back terrace offered some of the best views of sunset we have ever seen in our lives. While only steps from the beach, the modest elevation of the house afforded incredible privacy, as if we were the only ones in Langosta watching the ocean waves and sunsets. A bonus...a magical courtyard we entered into from the front gate - ponds filled with little fish and koi and incredible decorations and seating. Second, the communication from Elodie and the house manager, Lu, was perfect. They answered each one of our few questions in a timely fashion and really made us feel at home at the Casa as well as in the Langosta/Tama area. The layout of the house was wonderful for our 13 year old English Lab. He enjoyed laying near the pool while we swam in its beautiful water. This is a house worth seeing and we are so grateful for the care we received. Thank you!

Beautiful Tamarindo

House was in great location, but no swimming and rough walking, as you are located on a very rocky reef. Accessing beach was difficult due to lack of maintenance of walkway to it. House was once gorgeous, but now requires updating and maintenance. The rental rate of this house does not match it’s condition! The layout of the house is several separate buildings and not good for small children. The managers and service was excellent, but they appear limited to fix the houses maintenance issues.

Dear Bill Thank you for your comments. About “the maintenance issues”, I guess you are talking about the outdoor ceiling fans, we ordered them right away but unfortunately it took a while to arrive as we are in Costa Rica. It’s has been actually installed. Most of the pacific coast in the area is not swimmable but the beauty of the reefs is that you can actually enjoy beautiful natural pools at low tides 🌴 We will revise carefully all your comments to make sure everything is perfect in the future. Paradise Perfection

Everything was fantastic about this stay. The listing was informative and accurate, and the house manager was incredibly helpful. Flore reached out immediately after booking to offer help with arranging transportation and adventures, which all worked out perfectly. We were appreciative of the housekeeping and security measures taken at this house. The layout made our kids feel like they had their own apartments for the week! We traveled with our 12, 14, 14, and 16 year old kids and they each took a separate space and loved being able to spread out after sharing more cramped hotel space for the first leg of our trip. We rented a golf cart and found the short trip to town to be very easy, and preferable to staying in the middle of the busy Tamarindo. The nearby restaurants were awesome- we went twice to El Sapo and once to Fish & Cheese, and found the Italian food at both to be comparable to the places we ate at IN ITALY! We also had a chef come to the house for dinner one night which was a great luxury. The sunset views from Casa Arecife are not to be missed. All in all, this was a perfect stay from beginning to end and we cannot wait to go back to Costa Rica. Thank you!!
