Beautiful home

Absolutely the most beautiful of homes. Gorgeous views, even saw howler monkeys in the backyard. So enjoyable to watch!

Outstanding property and Vacation

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Everything from the point that we got picked up at the airport, to all of the activities and amenities that were provided were beyond expectation. The chef, our house manager, Karla, all of the work that everyone helped put into an incredible vacation was just unbeatable. I highly recommend your next vacation at this wonderful property and working with these lovely people to plan it. We will absolutely be back again. Thank you so much, Karla for making this a memorable, special family vacation!!

Stunning!

We went to celebrate my birthday with some of our close friends and we had an absolute blast. Karla did an amazing job connecting us with the right people to make it top notch. Highly, recommend Laura for in house meals- best food ever. Everyone has said their favorite days of the trip were hanging by the pool and enjoying the amenities. I will definitely come back!

AMAZING!

This house is spectacular! Great location. Huge and brand new. Comfortable beds and great furniture. Full stocked kitchen. Backyard area is perfect for entertaining. Our host Karla was very responsive and helped us with excursions and tours and even IV drips. Can’t say enough about this property. 5 star!

This property is simply AMAZING! Everything posted on the VRBO website is accurate - except, the pictures do NOT do it justice. The house is even more phenomenal in person than it is on the listing!! Karla, the property manager, is professional, courteous and extremely helpful. She was always prompt to answer questions before and during our stay. She was of invaluable help to us and tremendous to work with. The daily housekeeping was wonderful, as well, and having 2 laundry rooms was a HUGE bonus for the 11 of us staying in the house. The beauty of the house is that we all could be together in the common areas if we wanted, or we could have peace and quiet in our bedrooms. The bedrooms were spacious, each with its own bathroom. The pool area was ample and quite comfortable. The only very small drawback was that the one umbrella for the pool area had been damaged, so there was virtually no shade at the pool during the day. The umbrella was being repaired but was not fixed during our stay. My only recommendation would be to have 2 umbrellas around the pool lounges, not one, as the lounges were in direct sun all day long. Otherwise, everything about the pool was fantastic. In addition, the beach in front of the property was quite lovely, once past the rocks by a few feet. We loved walking on the beach and it was easy to find a nice area to put down the chairs. The beach club use was a wonderful extra, too. Bottom line, rent this house! Everything about it is the BEST!!

Over the top beachfront luxury - the best in Tamarindo

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Casa Melia in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, that redefined luxury and convenience for me (I have had the fortune of staying at luxury properties all over the world and this sits at the top of my list). It was in the perfect location and offered the perfect balance between the lively atmosphere of central Tamarindo and the peaceful serenity of Langosta. The house is located walking distance to all of Tamarindo and Langosta. While I always feel safe in Tamarindo, the house is located in a gated community, which provided both privacy and security (and is very quiet). Our stay was made even more remarkable by Karla, our house liaison and concierge. Her knowledge of local attractions, from the best restaurants to surf lessons and some awesome excursions, made our trip seamless and delightful, not to mention that she was just awesome. Architecturally, the house is a marvel and there is no question that it is the best and nicest house on the beach (I’ve stayed in several in the same general area). The stunning swimming pool, a central feature, is perfect for both unwinding and entertaining. To say the house is large is an understatement and can easily accommodate large groups and gatherings. It is great for entertaining with an indoor/outdoor wet bar and a pool table area. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit!
