Right on the best stretch of the beach

Property has been updated and is very comfortable. Host was super responsive to questions about check-in and other things. Nice selection of beach chairs/umbrellas, toys etc. Conveniently located to a small and large market for groceries and other needs

A great location steps from the beach with nice access to parking that is easy to get in and out. I felt very safe as access in via car and access from the beach all require key fob access. Nice view of the beach from the balcony for coffee in the morning and wine as the sun is setting!

Bright and comfortable place with everything you need. Easy access to a wonderful beach and ideal location with restaurants and supermarket a walk or 10 minute uber away. Responsive host gets back quickly with any questions.

Awesome

It was an awesome place. Great view. Sheilla the host was wonderful and 150% accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family. We are looking forward to returning there someday when we return to Isla Verde.

Location, location!

Sheila was very accommodating in letting us drop our luggage off before checking in and was quick to respond to our inquires. The location is an A-plus. Within walking distance to restaurants and stores and the city buses. My only negative would be that the unit could use some updating and newer linens and towels.

Lovely Location

We were delighted with the apartment and especially with the communication from the host. View of the ocean from the balcony is as represented in the photos. Building is very secure and well maintained. Furnishings were comfortable for four nights. Easy walk to great restaurants/resorts, shopping and access to public beach. Highly recommend! Could use a small table on the balcony ...

The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. We had an issue with bathroom but the owners addressed it and it was resolved the same day. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic Vacation

First of all, we would like to thank our host, Sheila, for the over and above hospitality and responsiveness to all of our inquiries. We loved our 21-day stay at this apartment. The location, building facilities and the amazing relaxing view places this apartment as an exceptional value. The condominium is centrally located, walking distance to amazing hotels, a pharmacy and supermarket. The apartment’s washer and dryer was a huge plus as well as the comfortable furniture and beds. Highly recommend it!

Safe and approachable

The condo was very clean; no ants or bugs noted:). It was supplied with appropriate kitchen attire and bonus beach chairs (2), basketball, cooler, and boogie board! The master bed was overall comfortable. The condo itself was very clean as well. No carpet which is great. The pool was big and refreshing! Very safe with key fob access to and from the beach. The owner was attentive via text messages.

Great Location!!

Apartment is very clean and conveniently located near restaurants and the beautiful beach. Having a washing machine and dryer was a big plus. Unfortunately we did not have any hot water during our stay even after following the host’s instructions of turning on the switch next to the water heater. You really can’t enjoy the television in the bedroom since the view is obstructed by the bed’s footboard when you are lying down. I don’t think I would stay again if the hot water issue isn’t resolved especially for the amount charged for my stay.

First Time VRBO & Puerto Rico Stay

Host was lovely. Left water and veggies for us. Had some miscommunication at end of stay, but overall, we were very happy. The unit was large, bright, and cheerful. Mirrorseverywhere reflected the ocean when we couldn't see it. Comfy king size bed. Comfy sofa. Nice perk was washet and dryer. Nice perks, but beach umbrella needs piece to stick in ground. Gated building, a bit difficult to communicate if no spsnish, but we did ok. Large pool with ramp. Gated picnic area before you reach the beach. Nice, wife strip of beach. Good location across from 24 hour convenience store/bar. Great stay!
