Escape to this cozy, light-filled cottage, completely rebuilt in 2025 with a brand-new kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a comfy full bed in a loft-like setting, commercial-speed WiFi, 2 TVs, and in-unit laundry. The perfect serene hideaway for lovebirds seeking a peaceful retreat! Light & bright with windows scattered throughout make this an ideal work setting. Fully gated & landscaped yard with gas grill & firepit. Parking for one vehicle off a small shell road with a separate space large enough for a Suburban.
You are located on Broadway at Poinsetta in the Village on Longboat Key, also known as Longbeach. All of our streets are nature inspired with no parking allowed! It is quiet here & you'll enjoy a breeze all day everyday with access to the beach and bay! Here, you are a 450' walk to the Sarasota Bay, Mar Vista. Or walk across Gulf of America to Whitney Beach - just 450' west!
